I went in with about a million questions for my flooring project. Dan, initially helped me even though it was not his department. He was very helpful and insightful. I then spoke to Phil who is in the flooring department and he was able to give me some tips for my project. Lastly Julie and Connor were able to help me purchase all the items I need and answer some questions I had about my home depot credit card. What a great team.

checked out all appliance stores in the area for products, price, and service. Home depot beats them all. Ask for John Shipton Appliance Specialist. He as answers.

I bought a Dewalt air compressor very useful.

Mike from electrical, Karen from gardening, Tony from delivery, Sara at customer service and Chris the overnight manager all went above and beyond.

Literally I moved to Macomb and I still drive out to this store. They are amazing employees.

Although the Rochester Hills store is twice the distance the nearby Home Depot stores are, I was in that area and from now on I will take the time to go there, the customer service was that good. All the 5 or 6 sales personnel (I went to different departments) were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly...I want a human to sell me, not a computer. And I want a human cashier, who can point out different products, as Kerri did. I will not use self-check outs, even if the line to a live cashier is long. and I use my HOME DEPOT card proudly, otherwise I would use CASH.

Mike working in electrical on 5/1/2023 was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me look for everything I needed and I didn’t even need for go looking for anyone to assist me. Greeted me with smile and was friendly. Keep up the awesome customer service mike.

I love going to this Home Depot. Most everyone there is extremely helpful and enjoyable to talk with. They are great with dogs and love seeing them in the store.

I am writing this review per the survey, however I genuinely love this store! The employees are always helpful, there is never a wait to get checked out (even when the greenhouse gets hopping), it is clean and well organized!

There are more staff available around the store than other places to ask for assistance with locating items and for questions. They seem very well trained and capable.

I had a coupon requiring use with HD card AND a store credit card. The woman at self checkout helped (pretty much did it all) me process as two transactions.....and since I could not get wheelbarrow and my cart to checkout at same time, she was very helpful waiting on transaction until I could hustle back to get wheelbarrow. Likewise, she watched my order when I took my purchases to my truck in two separate trips.

Bought two new tool chest. and we had amazing Customer Service with Pat and her crew of young men who help us with our purchase to the care

We are very pleased with the patio furniture Valley Spring Conversation set. Easy to assemble and sturdy.

We have bought appliances and lighting at this store and are very satisfied with everything that we have purchased. Things were delivered on the day they said and was in perfect condition.

The store manager truly leads by example and I am always treated with respect when shopping in the Rochester Home Depot.
