We drove from Spartanburg to Rock Hill to pick up items that were out of stock everywhere else. Sierra at customer service was wonder When we called. She took the time to ensure the items were physically on hand and not incorrect in the system. The entire staff was great! Everyone we passed spoke, saying good morning and asking if we needed any assistance. The store was very clean and well organized as well as well stocked.

HD discriminates against veterans by not allowing discounts for all items purchased by veterans.

I bought a Refrigerator a week ago at Home Depo, we are very satisfied how all was done. If we need anything else for our house , it will come from HD

My ROCKHILL Store #1114 is an excellent ambassador for the brand. Very rarely do I have to source another HD to get a project done. That saves me time, That sames me money!!!!

In the garden department do not ask Hannah. She avoids making eye contact. She will not greet you and if you ask her a question she will say „I don’t work here“. No Hannah. I don't work her. Pretty sure you do. Your name is on the orange vest.

The employees are always helpful and friendly

This Home Depot location has always been well stocked in the materials I need. The head of the flooring department was wonderful to work with. I would like to know if I would be eligible for a law enforcement discount on my purchase of 31 boxes of vinyl flooring.

I was in the store a couple of days ago and was just how nice customer service was especially at checkout with Keamari.

Purchased refrigerator previously and gone back for second one. All my appliances come from Home Depot.

I went to the Rock Hill Home Depot on 3-18-22. I met a young African-American woman at the door who immediately helped me get to shelving, even though she did not work there. I saw her again while searching fir for an apartment refrigerator and asked for her help. Again, she immediately went to get someone from appliances to assist me. Very friendly and polite, and I complimented her to her manager. Then two women in appliances went out of their way to help get the fridge I wanted in a speedy manner, as I was under a time crunch. One was named Regina, and I can't remember the other. That lady located someone to load it, saw that through. The loader helped strap down the fridge in my truck...should have gotten his name as well. Then my cousin, John Hipp, also an employee, walked by, and he made some final adjustments to secure the fridge, even though that wasn't his job. I was able to get to my appointment on time...just great service, and the product that I needed. Thank you!

So happy with my shopping experience. Products were available and easy to find. Employees are friendly yet not in your face asking if you need assistance.

Have bought many things from here for home remodels and general upkeep. Customer service is always great and employees are always friendly.

Could have better service from the casier. And cashier Said I don’t know when asked a question instead of following up. The shelf was clean and plenty of products.

I bought a new refrigerator. Anne-Carol was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend asking for her help if you need anything in the appliance dept.

Recently I saw a pit bull dog in this store. There are way to many big dogs allowed. I fear that a child will be bitten. Then it will be to late. And HD will pay out millions for allowing this.

I had a bad experience with customer service. The cashier James in the garden center was very helpful.

We took a lawnmower in for repair, then when we got it back it still wouldn't work. So now we have to get it and start all over again, and if it doesn't work, I don't know. $98 has already been spent.

The staff at the Rock Hill Home Depot went above and beyond to assist with our purchase. They were friendly, knowledgeable and so pleasant.

Never can find staff in the departments. Very few friendly staff.

Store cleanliness and upkeep is BELOW AVERAGE. Customer service is BELOW AVERAGE. Only thing remotely decent about this poor excuse for a Home Depot is location.

This store is one of the best for purchasing in door and out door appliances that are top quality at a reasonable price!

Got the products I wanted at a great deal. The employees attitude and friendly demeanor were refreshing. Everyone was nice, helpful, and eager to serve. Other businesses could learn from them.
