I am a convert to HD because of the great team of associates.

I work in property maintenance and frequent this store often. The staff is always friendly and there to help when need be. I like the Home Depot's product quality and selection. Love this store!!

Very stubborn, rude and beligerant customer service rep named Roger processed my father's day gift as a return instead of an exchange and was totally unwilling and uninterested in making the situation right - if they weren't the only store selling Ryobi products I would never shop here.

Bought a mower 11 months ago and was refunded/store credit in full after mower stopped working! Just awesome customer service!

Plant display has blocked access to pick up large or heavy loads from that entrance.

I recently went into the Rockland Home Depot where I needed assistance with lacquer, lacquer thinner and paint. A salesperson in the paint area gave me above and beyond great customer service and it was greatly appreciated!!!

After a horrible experience with corporate customer service on the phone, Hiram, Robbie and Angela helped save the sale and made my in store experience so much better than my phone experience with Home Depot. Great employees, true assets to your company.

The staff at this Home Depot have been very helpful and friendly throughout my very extensive project. I would recommend them to anyone who is renovating a kitchen for sure.

The employees in this store are knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need. I didn't have to go searching to get help, and they pointed me to what a needed, even if i didn't need the most expensive item in the category. I really appreciated that. It gave me more cash to spend!

I've shopped this Home Depot for years and today I received the worst customer experience! The cashier was extremely aggressive and argumentative all because she didn't know how to mark an item down on the computer/register!

It is Always a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot in Rockland. The selection of products is comprehensive and the staff are always available, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - especially with problem solving. Another aspect of the Rockland Home Depot that I really like is that many of the store employees have been there for many years and truly care about the store and the service that it provides to it's customers!
