Have bought many products for my home improvement project from Home Depot and have been satisfied with the the walk-in-shower, life proof vinyl flooring and electrical needs.

Jamie was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. I had a very unpleasant experience at another store earlier in the day. Jamie's kindess and service was refreshing and restored my confidence in Home Depot.

Great store experience beginning with our arrival to the store, to the purchase we made in the appliances department and continuing on to the customer service desk to complete our great visit.

What a very rude person, to refuse to hear my problem about 2 cans of paint. She walked up shaking her head, and said this ain't happening. I had two cans of paint with significant problems one had trash all through it and one has dried unmixed sediment in the bottom. Both of these seemed like old paint. This rude person said she needed pictures and the store is not responsible, call 1800BEHR. I've never had problems with behr paint and with the amount I buy at home depot to then have this person treat me like I don't know to paint? Sad and unacceptable.

With forty plus years in sales and customer service, I value true professionals when I see them. My recent visit to the Rome, GA location with Darrius and Ellen was a great experience. We had an easy flow of conversation. They knew their product. My questions were answered promptly and correctly. They listened to what I said. A novel experience of late. They suggested excellent options based on my comments. They knew what they had in stock. And where it was located. A valuable skill in my playbook. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend Darrius and Ellen and the Rome, GA HOME DEPOT.

I have been a consistent visitor to the Rome store of late and there has not been one occasion that I was not greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. It may be that obvious that I am not much of a home fixer, but they do provide excellent information for the person buying materials for the people who are home fixers!
