The cashier Cynthia profiled me without merit, while willfully ignoring other customers behind me.

Shannon the appliance specialist was terrific. She listened to our needs and made the process of purchasing and delivery set up a breeze.

I needed help with an online order that was set up for in store pick-up, that was missing items from the order. The store manager Teresa and another team member Daren took the time to find what I needed, correct the order and check out with no issues. They went over and above the level of service needed to satisfy me, and did so in a friendly & profesional manner!

It’s an older, smaller store than most of the other Home Depot’s. The customer service is second to none

I purchased tools online and was able to return them with ease.

The employees for the most part are just there for a pay check, they do not want to help or keep the shelves stocked. Don't dare interrupt them when they are talking to one another.

Charlinda was working the checkout. My husband (USNA Class of '70) and I were purchasing a dehumidifier for our boat which is docked temporarily in Annapolis and had trouble receiving our Military Discount. Charlinda helped us (for over 20 minutes) fixed the account so we could receive the discount. IT WAS A GREAT DAY at Home Depot! THank goodness Charlinda was there! We've never had that type of service !! Charlinda ROCKS!

Tom in tool rental went above and beyond to help me with a problem that was not even in his area. He resolved it, educated and empowered me to resolve it going forward. Best customer experience I have ever had anywhere. Give Tom a raise!

Clean store with friendly associates who are willing to help locate merchandise if asked.

I needed to find some soil for my plants and Ashton was very friendly and directed me where I needed to go!

Steve the Paint Guy!!! OMG! This gentleman nailed it!!! He was the most knowledgeable and helpful representative ever!!! If you have any questions about paint textures, finishes brushes, anything at all, STEVE has the answers! He is very patient, and willing to share his knowledge. He sincerely and genuinely wanted our project to be successful. Steve is the Saint with the Paint!!! Thank you, Home Depot!

I need a great deal of plumbing fixtures with a customer service person in plumbing spent lots of time with me funny every last fitting.

I'm so happy Sean cut the wood we were buying. He made me feel comfortable doing something pretty far out of my comfort zone!

Over the past 3 years of renovating a 260 year old house and adding 2 new wings, I have had the opportunity to visit a great many building supply/home improvement stores. The S. Annapolis Home Depot provided the best customer service I have ever received!

I had to do a return again with Mrs. Cynthia and she is one of the sweetest n nicest employees in the store. Always after the return she ask if there is anything else I need or need help with.

Duke the sales associate was fantastic! Walked right up to me and asked me if he could help me find something. I described to him shelving clips to hold up a shelf in a bookshelf and he knew exactly what I was talking about regardless of my terrible description. He walked me over to them and then asked me if he could help me with anything else. Most associates at Home Depot run the other way when they see you but not Duke! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!! I would drive all the way over to this store from Crofton just to know I’d be helped by a great associate such as Duke. Thank you sir!!

I had several questions about painting and found Jeff in the Paint Department to be most helpful. Even though he was busy, he took time to answer my questions.

The staff is superb. It is the kind of store where you can learn the names of the people that work there due to low staff turnover, They go above and beyond in making materials pickup easy. And if there ever is a problem, they fix it!

There were no carts at the entrance. They were all in the parking lot. All the Ryobi equipment was locked and no associates in sight to help. I had to go to help desk and have someone paged. No one showed up. A associate walked by but said it was not his department and kept walking. This store is dirty, disorganized and full of unmotivated employees. It needs new management for sure...

Store was clean. Employees were kind, but otherwise indifferent in offering their support or proactively seeking out to help customers in the store.
