Successful trip to this store. They helped me get what I need.

As a female shopper I got the information I needed from friendly, professional staff without being made to feel to stupid asking for help or about the products we needed. Actually made to feel good about shopping with them and the prices were perhaps better than their biggest competitor. We will be going to Home Depot first when necessary!

We had the best experience shopping tonight! An employee that we just met was over and above helpful. He greeted us with hello and can I help you find something. Then he showed us the product and climbed stairs three times to get the products for us. He also loaded them and helped hand carry them up front which we were grateful for. His name was Rhett. I hope we see him again on our next visit to the store as shop there quite often. It always has what we need and people to help us. Very clean inside too.

absolutely the worst experience with a Rude cashier

All employees are always helpful and do not become annoyed when they are approached with questions or for directions!

Flooring and Cabinets do not work together at all. All on you if you deal with them to have floors and cabinets installed. Will not use HD home service again Stared May 9th 2021. Will not be finished till late July early August nothing custom

store hs been there since I moved to the area in 2010....good location and convenient

Clean, neat, well stocked and brilliantly well-staffed, they have everything you need and everyone you need to help you get it done. The second a look of puzzlement crosses your face they spring into action. Go the extra distance, this Home Depot is absolutely head and shoulders above any other HD, and I have patronized their stores across the country. This Store Nails It !!

The paint department associates were rude and it took them 5 times to match my paint sample. Also the customer service associates were not nice or friendly in fact they were snippy and rude as well.An associate named sandra was the most rudest to me but was rather nice when a friend walked up and started talking to her while she was waiting on me.So if you have to shop at this home depot make sure you have a additude before going inside cause most of the associates have one.

We recently bought a significant number of landscape bricks. While we were walking to our car, two Home Depot employees, Dylan and David followed us to our car and were kind enough to help us load all of them. We tried to tip them (common practice here in Las Vegas ;)), but they wouldn't accept the money. There were so nice and we really appreciated the help!

ON 5/01/2021 I PURCHASED A CHARCOAL, BARBECUE GRILL. THE LOCATION OF THE STORE WAS AT 2200 E. SERENE AVE. LAS VEGAS NV.89123. AS I WALKED INTO THE STORE, I WAS GREETED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME FIND ANY PRODUCTS I NEEDED! THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED ME QUITE FAST IN THE CHECK OUT LINE! I WAS PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE ALTOGETHER! NOT TO MENTION, I GOT FREE DELIVERY!!! WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

Great helpful staff. Frank was very patient and helpful with me trying to solve a small plumbing issue. He used great out of the box thinking and came up with a solution.

Only writing because I was treated so well at this store. I needed something that was not on the shelf. The Employees did not ignore my need like I have gotten used to these days, but instead worked to find the items that I needed. It was wonderful being treated like I was a valuable customer and not a bother. Two Employees went out of thier way to help me locate what I had come in for. Instead of wasting a trip because something wasn't on the shelf, I left with everything I wanted. I would recommend visiting this store where great customer service with a polite positive attitude is still alive.

Richie took the time to help me get the natural gas conversion kit for my new grill and with Ben explain how to do the conversion. They showed me how to do each part on a floor model and I left with confidence that I can now do the work myself.

If you need assistance on a paint/stain project, then Jacob's your man. He's so helpful & knowledgeable & he struck me as willing to offering advice, provide assistance & ready to do his job. He offered advice that I hadn't considered, but will definitely use. Can't leave out the cashier or the greeter. Those two women were great, had personality plus. All-in-all, being @ HD was a wonderful experience. I left there w/a great feeling.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff especially in the electrical and paint Departments.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 20% of the time, their quantity is a little low but most times they have what is needed.

As long as you know where your items are in the store when you get here than you’re fine, If you need help than GOOD LUCK!! Employees at this location hate their job and will do everything in their power to ignore you even if it’s obvious that you could use some help and that’s what they’re being paid to do (my mistake for thinking they’d want to actually do what they’re being paid to do, I’m sorry) the cashiers are completely unhelpful and don’t even bother to ask if you found what you were looking for or if you need any other help, The paint Dept mixologist obviously hates his job and would rather ignore the customer than give them the time of day but somehow he got a job where he has to directly deal with the general public (don’t ask me how as I have no idea how he was hired for his position) although this store is in a prime location it’s just completely lacking in management, I would personally suggest if you need to go to this particular Home Depot than don’t get your hopes up too high for service and a smile because it doesn’t exist here. Good luck!!

Kim in the paint department was wonderful. She cared about each guest and had a real pride in her job performance. I appreciate her taking the extra time to color match my paint.

This is a great store with great people. I especially like the garden section, good selection, well organized and very clean.

Store has good selections and options, staff seems pretty knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable for many budgets. Cant really ask for more than that. Thank you!

The Home Depot store on Serene always has what we went there for and the people who work there are exceptional in courtesy and helpfulness. Our favorite was Courtney in the Garden shop.
