The store was clean. The employees were friendly and courteous.

LET your associates make their own minds and NOT wear face masks. As a customer I can not hear them talk ,I can not see their face expressions and you are stomping on their personal rights by forcing them to do something they do NOT want to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

besides being the closest, this HD has very friendly and helpful staff. I must say last fall it had a dirty, drab appearance and the employees did not seem the same. But for some reason in the last couple of months there just seems to be a difference. Which is strange because of the stressful times.

Staff was helpful and available when compared to other stores.. They had several products that I could not find elsewhere.

Management goes above and beyond at this location to ensure the customer has a positive buying experience, both in purchase and in service after the sale. I am also a veteran and really appreciate the extra effort Home Depot always seems to put forth to those who have served. Tiffany is a model for what great management should be.

Service is terrible everytime. The sales associates don’t know anything to help you.

If you know exactly what you want and where to get it, fine but expect wasting time waiting for assistance. Sometimes feels like a ghost town. Frustration builds as you look for an orange vest.

This location is pretty typical for a KC Metro Home Depot, but if you are a contractor shopping during the week, their pro checkout is top notch. They know their products and get you out of the store quickly and rung up correctly.

This store is generally one of my favorite places to shop. It is the best of any stores of it's kind in our area. I generally do all my summer garden shopping here, so I am disappointed that there were very few plants in the garden shop; no plants or people. Yet inside the store there were a lot of people standing around and stock stacked everywhere. I was so disappointed today.

Hopefully the curbside pick up and customer service/resolution get some fine tuning. Awful experience, pre covid online store pick up method was smooth, curbside seemed like improvement, but was not. Curbside employee brought half the order with instructions to go 2 other stores or go inside to speak with customer service? 20 min later due to lines customer service, told "we hit a button and don't know what happens, you will have to wait 3-4 business days for your credit before we can help, try calling your bank(???)" after giving me a printed copy of refund (that has 1 credited item and the other not hitting my account). All after receiving curbside notice that all items were ready 2 days prior???

Holly and Vanessa in the Flooring Department are amazing! Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of when visiting the store.

This is my favorite Home Depot Store. It is located at a distance that is very easy for me to get to. I live in the country and can simply hop on the highway and arrive in less than 20 minutes. It is a fairly new store so all the aisle are nicely arranged. I was able to check the store website and find what I wanted then it told me where it would be in the store saving me time in going up and down aisles. I have a Home Depot credit card that makes check out simple. The staff are all friendly and remind to send in the survey with a chance to win $5,000 which I sure could use.

I do recommend this HD but I also say "good luck"!

This store does an excellent job of taking care of their customers. There is always someone to help and always someone asking if they can help, and they do it with a pleasant, positive attitude. It's consistent no matter what day or what time. No one-hit wonders here. Customer service is alive and well at this Home Depot.

This store is smaller than some Home Depot s, but the employees make it the best one. They have many older, experienced people who have retired as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc., that can walk you through planning your project and making sure that you have all the necessary supplies and that they will all work together. The employees were so very pleasant and helpful! Clem, John, Alex andPhil and Becky all helped me with a toolbox purchase and loading it up.

This is my favorite Home Depot store, I don't say that because it is the one closest to my home, which it is, but because I am so fortunate that this is the Home Depot that the closest. The store is always clean and organized. In my experience, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Perhaps it is just luck, but I go to this store regularly and they always have what I need in stock, and sometimes stuff I don't need, but buy anyway! In particular, the Customer Service area is excellent, always looking to make it right.

The service I received on a complex and expensive window and door order was nothing less than outstanding. The specialist I worked with exhibited a high level of expertise and his customer service was impressive! Home Depot should be proud to have such employees.

Bob in doors was especially helpful in ordering new doors for our home.

Probably most friendly store in metro area.
