Went in looking at washers and dryers and Ashlynne was great! After she took the time to discuss our needs and wants she directed us to the washer and dryer that was perfect for us. She wasnt pushy, just gave us the facts. We are looking forward to our newest purchase.

I came for lava rock and red mulch. Kendra was Jonny-on-the-spot with the help loading. Give her some Kudos.

Purchased some lumber online. Website said should be ready in 2 hours wait for a text. After 5 hours nothing. I called, still wasn't ready. Customer support said they could have it delivered. They cancelled my order and then said I had to wait 4 days for delivery. I already lost my help since it wasn't ready when promised, now I couldn't wait that long. Customer service said to go to the store "ASAP" and talk to the store manager and they will make it right. Drove up to the store to get what I could of the order since I lost my help and larger trailer. Store manager wasn't even there and no one knew of anything. While there they said the didn't have anyone working in that dept today. Not sure why I wasn't called and told it wouldn't be available. So many issues.

My husband and I have taken on a great deal of home improvement activities in the past year so we have been making a lot of trips to home improvement stores. I must say, that the customer service at Home Depot has improved 100X since a few years ago! Very friendly & helpful staff!

Always a pleasant shopping experience. You never have to look up an employee, they are all over the place and always willing to help you with your project.

Taylor in the alliance department was extremely helpful without being pushy. We came back to buy from her since she had the best customer service.

We bought power lawn machines and Jason, the stores employee helped us from finding the tools, helped with the check out, and helped take it to our car and place it so we could take it home.

Nobody could be bothered for a simple bag to protect a plant. Rather, they gave me the run around and refunded my money.

Jason is a great Home Depot Employee. He helped us out buying garage doors and garage door openers. He make the buy experience great and enjoy able. Wish more employees could be that way.

Buying new appliances is a big commitment and a little scary. Tom was there to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was knowledgeable regarding the brand name of appliances, as well as the ordering process. It was a smooth and easy process thanks to Tom!

We shop there all the time to buy materials needed for our company. Employees are great and everything easy to find.

Typically, Home Depot employees seem pretty decent and helpful, but this time, we had the pleasure of having a lady named Laura, in the appliances area, help us. She was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but she seemed genuinely nice, like she cared about helping us make a good decision. That's not easy to come by.

In a day where Employers have a difficult time finding people to work, it is great to be greeted and assisted by Pamela who are just not there to make a paycheck, but truly are people persons. Going out of her way to be cheerful and helpful is nowadays a hard find. GREAT EXPERIENCE Go Home Depot!

Coming from Denver Colorado where all the Home Depot are crowded and it’s always hard to find help. Here in Saginaw Ashlynne helped me with my plumbing project from start to finish. Great friendly customer service.

We purchased a battery powered lawn mower. The unit quit dead in the water. So we took it back and they gladly took care of the situation ,we were on our way.im know time. We also referred our neighbor to get one. The same thing happened and they made everything right as well.
