There are 3 Home Depots close to my home except in different direction. I prefer this one because the staff is friendly and I have always been able to find what I need to complete my task.

On the other hand the Manager on Duty had no customer service. He passed off his duty to Associates not DH of the department. Thank goodness for friendly, helpful associates Zach, Provin & Doreen.

Great people working in this store. Alen helped to fix what is was broken with his high technical experience and his best customer service.

The store is good, clean, and employees were helpful. But the best part about this store, amd the reason this is the only place i go for my garden stuff is an employee named Daniel. If you have ANY questions about gardening, ask for him. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, overall a superstar employee in my book! He is the only person I go to for any of my gardening needs.

I work retails so my biggest pet peeve is customer service and while Andrew the Cashier was extremely friendly, Jimmy the Manager was not. I walked in the store today to look for a new watering can. I met Andrew immediately at the check out in outdoor gardening and asked him where the watering cans at, he directed me inside. I walked in isle 47 and while I was browsing around I could hear Jimmy yelling at another employee. I wouldn't want Jimmy to be my manager is all I'm saying. The employee could be heard saying "I don't understand" and this is probably from language barrier. Jimmy continue to chewed him out and his voice got louder and louder as time goes on. I left the main store and went back out to Andrew saying that I couldn't find them. Andrew directed me back there and this time I really needed help and well Jimmy was the only one around. I said "Excuse me! Sorry but could you help me find watering cans" and Jimmy pointed me back out where I just came from. At this point I've been in the store for 30 minutes trying to look for watering cans, I told Jimmy, "But the cashiers out there keep telling me come back in here..." before I could even finish my sentence, Jimmy immediately turned to me and went on a rant "So what are you saying, that you don't trust me? What do you want to hear? What do you want me to do for you? Do you want me to walk you out? Is that it?" I went, "I just want to let you know that you have two other people wearing the same uniform as you telling me two different answers, I'm just talking to you, you don't need to be so rude???" After a few other unfriendly and condescending remarks, he introduced himself, shook my hand and decided to be nice now, walked me all the way to the isle and got me my product; which is a pro among all of his cons because they were placed way higher than I could've reach. I also was in my work uniform, which is from another store in the same plaza, and I think Jimmy definitely noticed that. I don't know if he was trying to be intimidating or nah but he started talking about how he knows my store manager and how my store's previous manager is his neighbour. Anyway I got the watering can and Andrew was the one who rung me up. Despite him being uninformed on where the products were, he made my awful experience with Jimmy much better by being extremely friendly and understanding. For Jimmy though, I don't care if you know my manager!!! My uniform didn't matter one bit. I was a customer and you were rude to me. You made my after work hours worse because of your attitude. Being a manager ain't mean anything when all you do is yell at your employees. My manager is helpful and tough when they need to, not like you, using his power to intimidate others. Get off your high horse!

This store had the item in stock that I was looking for. Check out was easy at the self checkout. Will shop this store again. Easy to get in and out of.

Associates are polite and help what I was looking for. The store is clean and organized.

I already Yelped real good about paint master Ski, Blinds master Andrew and Kitchen queen Katy. All of them have been so helpful, courteous, funny, nice to work with. Couldn't get any better.

Everything good here...good selection...wide aisles...good signage...friendly employs walk you to the item you're looking for...cashiers friendly...prices generally lower than on-line...it's all good.

When entering the store look for Alonso Morales. Not only will he help you look for your part but you would give you examples on how you can use it and install it. The cashiers there do not asssist customers and have ugly attitudes worse store ever. Rude and do not give assistance there

I come into this home depot every week and i have to say this is my favorite home depot. They always carry the materials i need and if they dont have it on the shelves they are more then happy to get them off the top shelves! All of the employees have great personalities and make me feel welcome. The ladies at the pro rewards desk are always there to answer any of my questions. And they work fast to get me out of the store and ready for my workday unlike other stores that take a long time to ring up the customer. I will continue to shop at this home depot.

I frequently come in to the home depot to purchase a variety of materials. I am always extremely satisfied with my experiences here going from the friendly customer service to having exactly what i need and more! I am a pro reward member and any questions i have are immediately answered by the friendly staff which keeps me coming back. They all have a great personality and make me feel as though i am speaking to a friend not just a home depot employee. Keep up the great work!
