I never heard of store to store price match! I know other chains will have a different price on the web site and will not price match their own web site... The prices were drastically different! The store didn't just price match the Poway store and the store manager approved the 10% military discount! This is why I tend to shop at this big chain as well as the small businesses!

Full registers, mostly no lines. Great suggestions, always helpful.

Santee associates are amazing, they are so pleasant to work with, when you walk down there aisles they always are willing to help! I will not shop at any other store but Santee. As a said before Lisa in plumbing and Amanda are a great asset to you plumbing department

I bought Halloween stuff, they have great stuff

Faucet "plate" broke, and I didn't want to spend on a new faucet. A worker in plumbing knew how to fix - I didn't think about doing it from underneath the sink - I was confused ya see. A worker in electric zeroed in on handy product for ugly bare bulb in garage. The 'dome' LED fixture merely required screwing into the socket. Pull chain turned on and off. She helped in ceiling fans, and explained that new DC motors are quieter and more efficient. Great visit!

This Home Depot is a very well organized and clean store. Employees are easy to find for assistance, very helpful and friendly. Gay in the flooring department is especially knowledgable and a delight to work with.

The folks at this Home Depot are much nicer than the people at the El Cajon store. Not sure why that is, but it is always true.

I am Brazilian with limited English and the Santee Store has Portuguese speaking cashier name Silvana. She is very nice and very helpful.

It's a good place for shopping home tools or replacement to local residents. Store is acceptably clean. Friendly staffs. Sometimes, it's hard to get a staff asking questions.

The employees in this store went over and above to help us out. When asked if someone could help us load 38 cases of laminate flooring, VNA immediately called someone who showed up right away with no long waiting like in other stores. VNA then took us to the Pro Desk to pay so we would not have to wait in a long line at another register and she offered us a discount without us even asking. The young guys that helped us load the cases of laminate in our truck bed were great also. They had to hand load all of the flooring rather then set it in with a fork lift because we have a 5th wheel hitch in the back of our truck and they had to place the cases around the hitch. Thanks to all the employees at the Santee store. They were helpful and friendly and responded immediately to our needs.

The staff working here are Always Ready to help customers and know the Store layout perfectly. I will go out of my way to shop at the Santee location vs any other local location, Pro desk is AMAZING never have had a Bad experience here.

I had a list of 6-7 things, so it could have taken a long time. I’ve been to the El Cajon stirs 6 times in the last year. This Santee store has very helpful people and I found everything on my list. Karen, in the garden area gave me info on indoor plants. She was so helpful. I sure like this Home Depot better than El Cajon. I’ll drive out to your area rather than close to home from now on.

The store was clean and all of the shelves were stocked and in order. Checking out was quick and easy and the checker was very kind and considerate.
