The whole process of my purchase of a washer/dryer set was an absolute nightmare! The delivery co who should be representing Home Depot were rude in my house, refused to do any of the paid services, refused to bring down our new set downstairs & said “there wasn’t any room”. How is there no room when we already have a set downstairs? I called Cesar, told me he’d return my call, he nvr did & left an associate to try to help me. This store is unprofessional & so is the delivery service. I will nvr go through Home Depot for another purchase again w/this hassle we had to deal with. Here is the dryer that Humberto said it wouldn’t fit in our basement. My husband did this on his own with no dolly & by himself. Thanks Home Depot.

Alex, a Home Depot Associate, provided excellent service. My Son and I were doing a home plumbing job with only YouTube videos as a guide. Alex gave advice on how to complete the project and selected the parts needed to do so.

After making a purchase yesterday at your Schererville, Indiana location, (Ref: 1937 00023 02941) I presented my military photo ID and was told that I would not get the discount unless I was enrolled in your military discount program that would require a smart phone (I DO NOT HAVE A SMART PHONE) or be enrolled into the program so that I would provide my telephone number at check-out to get the discount. I went to customer service to inquire and how to get the discount without a smart phone. Home Depot Customer Service told me that your site would ask for my information and a copy of my military ID. All your site did was to generate a verification number that would be sent to my email account. OK, I entered the number into their web page and that was it. DONE! No asking for personal information or a copy of my military ID. Your site said that in order to get the discount, just bring along your smart phone. What a dead end! Like I said "I DO NOT HAVE A SMART PHONE". Looking further into it, "Sheer ID" is mentioned, however, I do not have a clue how to get into it or if it is even connected to Home Depot program for the discount. There is no link to Sheer ID on your web page. I went to Sheer ID web page and it does not indicate any connection to Home Depot. Previously Home Depot had made things simple by showing one's photo military ID at the check-out to get the discount. In capital letters your web page says "HONORING OUR VETERANS". (Is that just veterans with smart phones?)

Went looking for one specific plant and left with over $300 in beautiful landscape plants. Shrubs, evergreens, trees. VERY happy!

Received excellent service in the paint department.

I have been to HD a couple times to get two windows replaced but could never find the right ones - that was until I met Bobby J ! Bobby went the extra mile by contacting the window manufacturer on the phone to confirm the warranty and sizes. I will be back to HD to see my buddy Bobby J!!!

Judy was our appliance spec. She was great and I was pleasantly surprised that while we were there looking for our appliances were asked more than once if we needed help. You apparently have enough staff on hand to serve all your customers because Judy took at least 2 hrs. to complete our business

The manger send a work out to my car after I walked passed him and asked him could I exit out that entrance he stated yes then sent a work out to my car to check my receipt and I feel like it was racial discrimination because I’m black he didn’t send him out to check no one else receipt
