I had an absolute horrible experience with the purchase and arrangement for an install of a special order patio door. “Dennis” 3rd party installer, didn’t show for the first scheduled appointment for “sizing”- In order to purchase the door. Josh of millwork was super nice - great service, but was limited to the ‘system’. Val, MOD, the same- did her best to help. Waiting to see is Sara, store manager calls as I was promised or Lori, district manager. Overall, took 30 days to get ‘measurement’ completed and “in the system” in order to pay. Then showed up to store on day 32 from ORIGINAL QUOTE DATE/ORDER DATE and told “no one is on in millwork” (doors and windows) to help!! It truly was the worst experience This is aside from the fact that I’m being told the home depot install can not be completed until and estimated date of Jan 2021 - MORE THAN A QUARTER OF A YEAR FROM NOW! I was basically turned away and told to “come back tomorrow” all while I had cash in hand!!! Covid or not- Other local competitors was 6-8 weeks. Overall, If I was not a vested stock holder (which this experience made me call my accountant about selling) was Absolutely horrible - worst is it’s not over - keep you posted on if the special order or if the install goes smooth and correctly! You know it’s not good when you are just simply waiting for the next problem/complication/error on HD behalf! This is not how it should be! I sold half my shares- I suggest you do too! With this business model- invest elsewhere. If it’s a special order and not something you can just pick off the shelf- consider a specialty store. Sincerely disappointed, Dr RD

I recommend this store as I have been going to it for years and have nothing but great experiences in it. This store and Home Depot in general does a great job in hiring knowledgeable people, older people who have or have had their own homes in the past. These people have played around in their own houses and understand measurements and general knowledge on many different products. They give their own advice is this is huge! Lowe’s on the other hand has kids who know nothing about housing projects or repairs as they shouldn’t because they are kids. Keep it up Home Depot!

Scheduled delivery did not show up twice! had carpet installed measured for stairs did not do it had to come back, tool rental tool rental was given different price than charged for get it together HD

Customer service is awful. Not a very clean store. Competitors may be pricier and product selection not as great but at least clean. The blue competitor also wipe down the pin pads after every customer. No real cashiers all automated. Must touch hand scanner yet no sanitizer. Can’t bag either because they don’t use them. I got to leave my 20 hardware items in my carriage and put them loose in my car.

Purchased a complete kitchen and Meg designed a beautiful layout. So happy!!!

I have shopped at Home Depot’s around the country. The pro desk is the best I have seen anywhere. The cashier April has consistently gone above and beyond to help me and my team every chance she gets. She is a major reason we do more business with Home Depot than any other home improvement company. Start cloning April and sales will go through the roof. I know these things because I have had retail store and 100’s of employees. She is exceptional

I generally don't have much success getting help at the big box home improvement stores but last night I hit the jackpot when I encountered not 1, not 2, but 3 empolyees that were pleasant, friendly & helpful...John in lighting (a new associate), Nicki at checkout & Roy who helped me load my car!!

I go to this store all of the time for cleaning supplies, etc. I have a daughter who has autism, and it is generally autism friendly as well.

I am always taken very well care of here.

Great store! The team here really know how to help out a person in need. Had to do a late night run for parts to fix my shower, and arrived just before close. The team assisted me with finding the parts I needed, and got me on my way quickly. A+

The associates in this store are amazing, always show a sense of urgency and willingness to help. In many years of shopping here I have never had a negative experience. They are all very resourceful in one way or another, feel free to pick their brains.

We have been shopping in the Seekonk store for many year's. We know where everything is and if for some reason where not sure all we have to do is look for an associate to show us right to it. The store is always neat and clean nothing in the way so we can get in and out fast.
