Excellent staff members outdoors in the garden center, both cashier and manager or attendant at 3 30 pm on 7/13 were EXCELLENT to me with my concern and request.

Cashier Catherine didn’t ask us if we wanted an email receipt and just assumed we don’t. But we always get an email receipt, especially when we buy something on warranty. Now we have to kelp that paper receipt! That shacks! Everything else was good.

We wanted to look at different possibilities for future projects backyard projects. We are very happy with the selections available in-store and online at Home Depot. While at the store, the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful, professional and very eager to assists with our questions. Ryan in Electrical and Richie in Lumber were excellent in helping us decide on the items that we needed for our projects. In addition, our cashier Melissa K. was a welcoming ending to our purchase experience. Her caring, kind, warmth and professionalism made us feel as valued customers.

I am very happy to do business with the Seminole store and will continue to do so

I only went into Garden Department and found plants I was looking for. Abel, the Cashier was one of the nicest I've met in that department. Some of the others say would you like those in a bag and I always want to say - no I prefer to have the dirt get all over my car and close. Abel was not like that the said let me put those in a bag for you!!!

Had to prove the hubby wrong on my idea, so the plumbing 'dude' helped me build a gravity fed sprinkler system from my AC run off... Works great... He was awesome....

Bought an item that scanned the wrong or incorrect price. Cashier immediately made the adjustment, which is outstanding customer service.

I went to buy some bifold door guides and the lady with brown hair was super helpful. Didn't get her name although I found the product myself she was still pretty helpful.

Visited the store today to pickup a product real quick and check out quickly as I was in a hurry. A really nice man in a wheel chair (didn't get his name) helped me locate what I needed very quickly and checkout was quick as well. All staff were helpful!

I have been working near this H.D. Store for 7 months now , I always have special carts available, employees to help me load heavy products. And my checkout is always fast .

Had a long list of needs in many departments. There were nice employees everywhere to assist me. Barbara at checkout was great!

As a professional I shop very much at Home Depot throughout Florida. Personally at Home Depot as well. When working on a project, or at home I found the return process at Home Depot by far the easiest in the industry.

Herb was knowledgeable and very capable. I was able to find what I wanted and got in and out of the store quickly. I was please that the purchase was made on Tuesday and the delivery and installation was on Tuesday.
