I went to 3 other home improvement stores (they were on the way), none of them had what I needed, even gave me funny looks. But now, thanks to Ken, I have a full bin of ice cubes, no more trips to the gas station for bags of ice.

On the doors of the store it says store hours 6-10pm Then there is a note on the door 6-9pm. Well its 8:15 pm and the doors to the pro desk are locked. You have to go all the way to the other side of the building to get in. If your open til 9pm then all doors should be open. Is it really Necessary to have all of these carts of stuff in the isles where you can’t even get his stuff.

I had a good experience, purchasing my items at the Home Depot store and I think the Home Depot for the military discount. I purchase miracle growth fertilizer, and it’s not on my receipt. I don’t understand why it’s not there. The cashier Eli was very helpful and courteous and friendly.

We purchased a new John Deer lawn mower and went to the Customer Service Desk. She explained everything about the warranty and called for help with getting it loaded on our trailer. Keep up the good service.

Helpful associate went the second mile.

Flowers were excellent this year. Very good bargains on the impatiens.

My husband and I went shopping for our new above ground pool fittings for gas and electric. We found everything we needed and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

I bought this: Turf Builder Triple Action 33.94 lbs. 12,000 sq. ft. Lawn Fertilizer with Weed Control and Crabgrass Preventer. Could not use it as the fertilizer was wet and soggy. I returned the bag and exchanged. New fertilizer was dry but chunky. Had to break the chunks with a hammer. Not what what I expect from Scotts bag 88 usd.

Had to run into Home Depot today for some returns and Allie was super friendly and helpful. It made my experience so much better.

Itzel and Cece were very helpful is I was purchasing my products they even took the initiative to scan and bag my products even though I was in self checkout, their help was very much appreciative

Easy in Easy out Convenient location

We stopped in to do a mail order exchange and pick up a few items. Ms Rita Jones was a SUPER STAR with our Exchange. She even sang with me. Everyone we spoke to or came in contact with was friendly or at least pleasant. Just a great shopping experience for a Saturday.

I bought a refrigerator and the staff were very helpful in the entire process. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to buy a washer. After looking at the different ones on display I narrowed it down to two. The customer service person was able to answer my questionas and then I was able to make my choice. Only down side is that they do not carry a lot of items in stock to take home. Delivery date is not even a week so that is not to bad. Still wish I could have taken my product home though. Overall very satisfied.

If you are in need of any appliances for your home you will need to see the folks at Home Depot Southlake store, specifically, Nancy. They offer great prices and Nancy offers excellent customer service.

We are a General Contracting company and we make purchases from multiple Home Depot and Menard's stores on a weekly basis; sometimes making 3-4 visits per week for supplies & materials. Truly satisfied with this HD; a nice clean, organized store with great customer service. Today, an associate, Lanae was not only welcoming, friendly and professional--she assisted me loading my vehicle since I recently had hand surgery and could not do it alone. We will continue to do business here because we feel appreciated and we are grateful for that. Thanks !

Good stuff and good prices

I’ve bought much material and landscaping from this store.

The customer service I received was a great example of how employees should be. This gentleman (carl) at the service desk was beyond helpful even as I held him over closing time trying to get my order and purchase correct. I apologized for coming last minute before closing and he reassured me it's no big deal it's his job to make sure the customers order and purchase is correct and that they leave happy. Great job carl
