The wonderful people who work here, ensure that you have exactly what your looking for. I'm always amazed at the input and how they go above and beyond their own expertise to find my precise needs that are cost effective and creative, at times. They are open to ideas and willing to share their own experiences to what works best. Love this store!

This store has become my favorite home improvement store. The employees on my visits there have been friendly and helpful and have gone out of their way to provide the assistance that I asked for. This store has really been turned around since I wrote it off 12 years ago. I'm glad that I went back to give them another opportunity to earn my business. This store has been completely turned around and is now very well run.

Who hires these people? I avoid this Home Depot.

The cashiers at this store are horrible and unfriendly. No smiles. They never ask if I found everything I needed. No greeting. They act as if they are doing me a favor. I blame the management for keeping them. They will never get another cent from me.

Store is great, but too many customers park in the loading area, and go shopping. I don't remember the last time I've been able to pull up my truck and load up anything. Most time I just wheel my cart(s) out to my truck to load stuff. Carts are bountiful! I've always been able to find a flatbed and a rolling rack for boards.

Always neat and organized. Helpful staff. Friendly cashiers.

Great customer service! We purchased a refrigerator that had to fit into a relatively small space while also having specific features we wanted (side-by-side with ice dispenser in black stainless) that also fit into our budget. Thought this would be like finding a needle in a haystack but I found a model online at a Sears outlet. Chris was able to not only find the perfect fridge but was also able to discount the price. Store is clean and employees very helpful without being annoying.

Jesse and Muhammed/Shams at the lumber store are the best- they are always around to help and really no complaints.

Home Depot #3011 Saint Louis on S. Kingshighway is well managed. It is clean, well-organized and has staff who are willing to help me. Shopping here is pleasant experience and an asset to this neighborhood.

T his Home Depot always has what we are looking for and any employee we ask knows exactly where it is and how to get us there. Also, the employees are friendly and courteous and seem happy to help.

The service was god awful. After trying to pick up supplies I had previously purchased inside the store at the pro desk a week ago to finish the remodeling of my bathroom, the customer service desk was rude, condescending and ignored me while I was asking patiently for them to help me sort it out by using my Home Depot Card to check previous purchases. I didn't mind that too much, I had to come back later anyhow and could try sort it out again... So I purchased new supplies to carry out on my truck TODAY and was told they could bring all the drywall and 2x4x10 wooden boards up to the prodesk area to load onto my car for me. 2 hours have passed and nobody showed up or got anything I had already requested AND paid for. I am a 52 year old asian woman, I came here with my 17 year old son and my 4 year old daughter-- And everytime I requested help or for someone to bring the supplies out for me, I was outright ignored and sidewinded for other customers who just wandered on by without even trying to resolve my issue. After that? I figured at this point it'd be quicker to get the heavy supplies with just me and my young son. ON TOP OF THAT, After struggling to find everything, we were again ignored after I PERSONALLY asked for people to help us load everything onto my truck. And employees watched behind the glass window while we struggled to lift and get everything in, they even LEFT the store and walked pass us pretending they didn't notice us needing help and I am DISGUSTED by the disrespect, misconduct, and absolutely dreadful work ethic the employees at this particular home depot had... with the exception of Cashier Lorraine who was polite to me throughout this entire debacle. And honestly? I'd rather drive the extra 20 miles to LITERALLY any other home depot just at least get some kind of decent customer service. Thank you.

On this particular morning I met only pleasant and helpful employees.

This is absolutely the worse store. There are a number of departments that have invisible employees. You know the kind that take a check but are never available to help or assist a customer in any way. The lumber department is horrible. Heaven forbid I needed help....not happening. But on the opposite side, the Tool Rental Department has some great employees. The technician Dave Wilson is so nice and helpful. He should have a giant raise. The best employee you will ever meet at this store.

Store was clean and plenty of lattice for deck. I asked for assistance and the employee took the equipment to my car,and loaded it in my car. The,store was clean and the employee was friendly and gave me the items needed.

3202 S. Kingshighway is a great HD location for my travel time. I enjoy interacting with the Store Associates and the customers because I meet contractors for my rental property why shopping.

Cashiers are friendly, and senior citizen employee are very helpful.

I was doing some serious shopping around for a generator. I contacted the Home Depot is South City and immediately upon speaking to a kind young lady on the phone I visited the store. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL and ALL of the employees were kind and knowledgeable. I clearly spent more than what I initially planned on spending, however the customer service was well worth it. The store was clean, items were very easy to find, and every single associate was more than willing to assist with answering questions. If they were unsure of the answer, they reached out to those who had the expertise. So I cannot say it enough but "Home Depot" clearly won my future business.

. I pretty much visit the same location because I live minutes away. The store is always clean and someone is at the door to greet you on each visit and ask if they can help you with anything.
