As most people know, Home Depot employees can be as helpful as a 50-50 gamble. If you find somebody that is good, and will speak to you in a language that you can understand, meaning if you’re like me, and you’re always learning about new projects and processes, go back to the head employee every time you visit! I found Tracy James in electrical, and Ed in Plumbing, to be spectacular employees! I will definitely return to both of them!

From Paige on the front end to Ed in plumbing (section D26) to James Parker in kitchen appliances, we felt like the most important customers in the store. We were treated to expert knowledge and eagerness to help us solve our needs, for this trip and that of the near future when we'll be ordering new countertops to be installed and new flooring to be installed -- can't wait to see our newly refreshed kitchen!

I was happy with Laura (as with most staff there) for going above and beyond to help with my returns and purchases at HD

Lisa was extremely rude. I was kept waiting 10 mins to return one item because she couldn't find something for another customer picking up items. There were MANY employees just walking by but none stopped to help and to log in on another register to help a customer waiting. When I complained about this to Lisa, she said "You actually haven't been waiting that long," and "everyone else is helping other customers" despite the store being practically empty. Apologize, don't make BS excuses!!!

I go here regularly for personal and business products. Plus the garden shop is Wonderful.

Lindsay at the pro desk today showed me what she had scanned to verify that everything was there and the quantity was right!

I purchased several rolls of roofing material at a decent price as I re-roofed my garage. The rolls were heavy (70 lbs. each) and the employee "Cody" gladly helped me get them into the back of my Pathfinder. Thank you, Cody!

The sports arena location is by far the best store, with the most helpful staff.

Cody was a huge help today. He was quick to assist me in purchasing a grill and helped me get it into my car. The grill barely fit but Cody had a great attitude and we got it done. Awesome employee and I’ll definitely be coming back to this Home Depot for future purchases.

I had an excellent experience at the sports Arena Home Depot store every time I look for help there was somebody there in as well as when I went to check out I was having problem with my Home Depot card and one of the Home Depot employees help me to finish my transaction everything was great.

Cashier Sandra was especially helpful with purchases and refunds on Jan 5 2023 and on several other days. at Home Depot Sports Arena in San Diego.

Bought a beautiful Christmas Tree at Sports Arena Home Depot - it was a really great experience!

This Home Depot has a policy of one line to feed all of the self checkout stations. However there is no signage indicating the location of the line, nor that there is one line feeding all self checkouts. It is enforced by surly employees who, it appears, are frustrated with the lack of signage causing customers to use any available self checkout.

I needed a store manager to help me with a refund...after a frustrating hour on the phone with online customer service I finally got Courtney. He was able to assist me and Marcie took all the info I had and we were finished in less then the hour I spent on hold with other reps who told me i could not be helped.

I love that most employees know where everything is, so I don't spend my day walking the isles.

I went to Home Depot in Sports Arena, always a busy store. I was really happy that the Garden Department had plenty of help that day. They helped me pick out pavers and then loaded them into the suv for me! Thanks to Mick and Dallas for all their help!
