Store was extremely clean and full of knowledgeable associates!

Me and my mother were out looking to get a Christmas tree for our home and an employee by the name of Jamie went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, he even helped check us out overall an amazing experience by far the best Home Depot around town

Check out system is the worst. 100% self check out and the lines are 4 - 6 deep. People cut in front of you after you stand in line.

No store employees in aisles to help customers. They apparently like to congregate at the front of the store.

PIF tax should be paid by store not customer

There was a sign in front of flowers that read 479. Upon checkout, the cashier called one of the department employees Who verified that the sign was incorrectly placed. There was no apologies. Generally many stores will honor the incorrect placing issue in this case the product price was $3 off. Upon our exit we pointed to the rep the sign was showing 479. She said, the sign was for the grills at $479 dollars. However it would Not have been unreasonable that a plant would cost $4.79.

The Store has Sanitizers & is very Clean. The employees are very helpful & respectful.

This store was clean and the salesperson was extremely helpful and kind. Liza A explained the process very well and guided us through the different descriptions of washers and dryers and our options for delivery. We would definitely shop here again!

My neighborhood Home Depot is convenient, well stocked with every imagine project need from landscape, building or small project needs. The staff are readily available to assist you and store is well managed and clean.

I am very pleased we have our "New" neighborhood Home Depot. It now makes my project needs convenient and carries a wide range of products to support my planned and unplanned projects.

Horrendous customer service! Self-important little people either huddled up or walking around trying to look important and doing one helluva good job avoiding customers who need a little assistance and might have a question! I’m an HD credit card holder and I left empty handed and went to Lowe’s on Old St. Augustine road, got the assistance I needed and was in and out in 5 minutes!

Store was clean and all employees were wearing masks. Always find what I need and sometimes things I didn't know I needed!

I have very dissatisfied with this Home Depot. Ever since they've open up, they've showed little customer service or care and most of the representatives in the store has no idea of the product they're responsible for, and they have no desire to assist you in anyway possible. I've shopped at the Home Depot on Southside and it may be a little more distance, but I've found it to more customer friendly and the people seems to care more about what they're selling and providing you service.
