Couldn’t find what I wanted but an emploee told me where, then a minute later noticed that I didn’t have what I was looking for. Way in the back of shelf he pulled product forward, handed me one, apologized that they were out of larger size, but I got what I needed to complete the task! Happy customer!

Store appearance outstanding compare to others of same types. Employees an asset to company as it relates to friendliness, courtesy, product knowledge and goodwill.

It is often disappointing to visit the store because items are not available and there is no way of knowing if and when they will become available. It is the only store on this island and it’s happening too often

I had no problem making a return. I was offered extensive assistance in the electrical department. every person I interacted with was super helpful and friendly, and they were all women.

Helpful staff, however online supplies don't always match in store supplies. Certain heavy Guage electrical cable less expensive at Home Depot then mail order to US VI but may not be at store when you get there.

We accidentally left a cart full of almost $1200 merchandise while we loaded a pallet of concrete and lumber supplies and drove off without remembering the cart. Camilla noticed the abandoned cart with bagged items. She moved it aside and watched it like a hawk until we returned to get it 1.5 hours later. Camilla is a rockstar

Tiffany in customer service is an outstanding example of customer cara! You are lucky to have her.

Employees at this store are always distracted either by personal devices, conversations with each other or just unavailable. Whenever I need assistance in the store I dread having to ask for assistance, because that usually involves a poor response or a scowl.

We need a refrigerator with out the ice maker. St. Thomas does not carry any, it's like the US sends the absolute worst items here. Also, looking for back splash for my kitchen and bathroom, everyone I liked was unavailable. Can someone just order a decent amount so we don't have out of stock for 4 months, problems.

I shop at Home Depot all the time but today I had to make time to the survey, Cherene at the service desk display excellent customer service she went above and beyond! My cart was full of merchandise lines were long and she came and send a few customers to the service desk and assist on moving the lines wow A shining example of what customer service looks like

I made a purchase and simple wanted to exchange the item that was part of a bath remodeling project. The shower frame was selected by the associate for the style that i wanted. Upon installation the contractor told me i had the wrong frame. I spent a considerable amount of time with a rude cashier whom swiped my Home Depot card and adamantly said it was not purchased with the card. After proceeding to swipe any possible card i may have used to no avail. I resorted to my home deport receipts - she finally pulled it up on their system and again proceeded to tell me policy does not allow me to get a store credit/exchange for the item. This is after i gave her the information to locate the item on the Home Depot account. Each step was stressful ….the store associate gave me the wrong item and Home Depot clearly does not value my business.

Feel like home. I love the new cashiers. I’ve been in this location before and hated it because the cashiers have attitude or don’t even wanna respond when you speak but lately I’ve encountered different cashiers and they’ve been great. I especially wanna mention ELizabeth (not sure her last name) super friendly, fast in cashing, knowledgeable about the store items and services and refers you to the correct person if she cannot help you. She would recommend alternative products if u mentioned you didn’t find something. For me it’s all about service and because of my experience cashing with her, I will be back. Ohhh don’t let the Lon lines fool you. I promise those cashiers are super fast

Shopping at Home Depot to me is a stress reliever, why because I feel like I’m in heaven when I’m there!! It have everything a home could want and I’m like a kid in a candy store the staff is very helpful.. especially Fiona and Jinelle in appliances

There are definitely some gem employees at Home Depot St. Thomas that makes your shopping experience such a pleasure. Very rear to find sometimes on the island. Good work Home Depot. It shows that you take care of your people. Happy employees means happy shoppers!

the store was stock the cashier kishma was friendly and I received everything I was looking for.

The store is clean. The stocks are well arranged.Prices not so high.Sales workers are friendly and accommodating.

The Service was excellent and the Cashier provided me with excellent Service. I was able to find the items I was looking for.

Shopping is easy there with friendly employees willing to help you out.

ON MY LAST SHOPPING TRIP, I WENT FOR ONE ITEM,HOWEVER LOOKING AROUND I PURCHASED (4) FOUR OTHER BECAUSE OF THE VALUE AND PRICE WAS QUITE ECONAMICAL THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY PLEASANT ,THEY ASSISTED WHEN I NEEDED HELP,AH YES THE STORE WAS CLEAN
