There was a product in the plumbing area that was out of stock. I saw it way up in the boxes above. I went searching for an associate to help me & found Rick in Appliances. He could have called for a floor associate, but instead, he came to help me. He went up the ladder, got the product, we chatted nicely as he was opening the box & HE restocked that item. Kudos to Rick for helping me out!!!

I would not recommend Gary, the cashier in the garden department. I asked him if he would get me some help to load 12 bags of dirt into my car and he told me they were out in the lot and I would have to find them.

When one side of my garage door frame rotted out at the bottom, this product was able to repair the side frame without having to remove the entire door and frame. The product is adaptable for use on either the right or left side of the frame. It was less expensive, and much less work than removing the entire door.

One of the designers in the Kitchen Design area took the time to help me find a solution when I needed to find a support part for a pedestal bathroom vanity which Home Depot sells.

Johnathan was extremely friendly and helpful. I am a woman who doesn't know a thing about tools and I went in to buy a power saw :). Johnathan went above and beyond and patiently explained different types of tools to me. When he couldn't find an item, he spent a long time looking for it and in the end found me an even better deal. Oh did I forget to say that Johnathan also tried his best to save money for me? He made my supposed-to-be a stressful trip an absolutely pleasant one. I am so happy that I got him in the store.

This store is very clean and always fully stocked. # 1in my book!

Wife and I were standing in line to pay for items, greeted the cashier with "Hello, how are you doing?" Cashier responded with "I'm here to greet and to service you." I thought she didn't hear me, so I repeated my greeting and she responded with the same answer. Don't know if her management had instructed her to respond to people this way or if it's just her, either way, will not be going back to this store.

Order #H2740-140239 Garry from Home Depot came out for a second measurement after the first measure person did not measure correctly. Garry asked what tile I would like. Showed Garry the picture of Medici gold. After the installers left, I was cleaning up the boxes they left behind. I noticed that the box from the tile said Medici Silver, so I researched it on the Internet and saw there is a silver and gold version. The wrong color was input on my order. 5-9 Spoke with Shawn and informed him of issue and requested resolution. He indicated he had to check with someone.Didn’t hear back. Called back and he said he was out with personal problems. Said Manager said I can buy my own replacement tile. I told him about the other issues I was having with my other order for my floor. He was going to call me back and never did. I've spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot the past year and 1/2 buying carpet and remodeling my kitchen and have had nothing but a nightmare with my entire kitchen remodel. I will never use Home Depot for another project, nor will I recommend you to any framily or friends or anyone on my social media.

I recently shopped in this store as I just purchased a home a few mikes away. I found the sales personnel were available on the sales floor in all the areas I was shopping in. All were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found this was the best Home Depot experience I have ever had and will certainly return for my other home goods needs. I highly recommend this location and their sales staff.

Sterling Heights Home Depot is probably one of the best Home Depot’s i’ve been to slowly based on the employees they’re very friendly and nice and knowledgeable

Works very well in my kitchen.

carts galore in front doors, found rock salt front and center brand name American Salt Company. While loading 2 bags Dan asked if I needed help. Told me to go to a certain register and ask for loading assistance. Went to said register and the employee immediately rang for assistance. Got my car, pulled up, got out to signal I was there but before I was out 3rd employee brought out my cart and was ready to load. As I left l saw him grabbing more carts to take inside, during the snowstorm!

I can always find what I need at this particular Home Depot. The employees are very nice & knowledgeable. I do not expect to be a 'guest' in their store, I like being a customer. I am treated well, and the employees treat each other well.

Home Depot has greatly improved it's customer service! Genuinely friendly service and great prices for my home garden!
