Employees at this Home Depot were VERY helpful by listing to me and then helping me find items required for my project. I appreciate the time and attention they provide to make my shopping experience efficient and friendly!

Caitlin was very friendly and nice helped us all the way made sure everything was taken care of at check out. Offered to have someone come help us load. She knew everything was on what I was asking.

We were very pleased with the purchase of our dishwasher. We felt the price was fair and the area was well organized and inviting.

I was returning knee pads that broke after a week of use and in doing so was met with attitude and rudeness from Mark the cashier. He was very unpleasant and ruined my morning. Not a great visit this time.

I recently relocated back to Ohio from Florida. Each time I have visited the Streetsboro Home Depot store, the employees are very helpful and polite. Roy from the appliance department assisted me locating a new refrigerator and store. Roy was very helpful and took the time to locate what I needed and got it done. Thank you Roy!

Bought a Stainless steel kitchen sink and it didn't work for us so we ordered a black composite one to replace it. It hasn't come in yet but Dave in the kitchen dept. Catlin in the return dept. ,and Sam (Samantha) at the register were all very helpful.

The selection process was great, but using the new Military Discount app was a colossal pain - even the checkout guy couldn't figure it out. But, the Rigid table saw - with stand - is great and the price was even better,-

I tried to buy a quality dustpan but they don't sell metal dustpans they only sell cheap plastic ones. TWICE I drove out there and had to leave empty handed because of this issue.

Your customer service people are very friendly and helpful. Bob was helping us out with a return when the computers crashed, he apologized and called us the very next morning with problem all taken care of. Bob was very nice and he called when he said he would, that’s very rare in today’s world. Thank you

I shop all the Home centers in the Kent/Akron area. The employees and the selection at the Streetsboro store are always the best.

I'm a frequent HD customer. There were plenty of employees offering assistance. The cashier, David, had a really positive attitude. So much so that I've never really completed a post-purchase survey or written a store review - until today!

Store was as well stocked as can be expected coming off a year of Covid and uncertainty. Shortages are to expected but this store seems to manage pretty well. Hopefully this store like many others will be able to hire additional help. Also hopefully knowledgeable help. It's frustrating to get passed off to multiple people because none of them know anything about the products in their dept other than checking their scanner to tell you were to go look for it. My experience today was better than most, I got a person who knew the product and helped me order on line from the store to be delivered to my home. Fast, efficient and very friendly. Felt like my business was important to them and thanked me for my patience( had to wait for a person to place the order). They thanked me for cho ok sing their store, placing an order and to have a great day.

i find home depot in streetsboro is close to me it has reasonable prices the associates are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent customer service!

Over the past year or so, this store has obviously been concentrating on customer service. So much so that I no longer shop at the other box store which is just a mile away.

while shopping at home depot i had two staff members assist me with my visit. Dorothy and Sammi, both did a great job and really appreciated all their help. i will be back!

Found Streetsboro Home Depot employees very courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. Checked with several other stores in the area & Home Depot was very helpful & the price of the product saved us money. The associate who helped us also applied Veterans discount which helped even more!

Home Depot is a Great store to shop at and carries just about anything you need!

David B is a very courteous, friendly and helpful cashier. I will always go to his register if he's working. Such a pleasant person to speak to.
