Bottom line, if you are in the need for a new washer, dryer, refrigerator or other type of appliance from Home Depot, Ms. Bonnie Sanders at the Sun City Center Home Depot is the person to go see. Not only does she have what we call in the consulting business a 'Customer Centered Attitude/CCA' she is very knowledgeable and yet, when she was not sure, she so stated and advised she will check the database to get the right answer, which she did. No pressure, just friendly and professional service/advice!

Don't buy plants online from Bonnie Nursery Not a good experience. Go check in store first for your plants. They will probably have them even if it says that it doesn't. It happened to me and it's cheaper to buy from HD🥰

If you are in need of appliances ask for Brenda. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely goes above and beyond!

The employee named Marci is incredible with her knowledge of plumming I went o get something even a plumming store informed they don’t knw what to tell she handle my problem in 2 mins 1 while a waited to speak to her and the other to get the part I meesed

Talked to Doug Hughes on Saturday about remodeling our kitchen, he walked us through the process, and had a lot of helpful hints. Waiting to get kitchen measured for said remodel. If the process goes as well as it did with Doug, then it should be pretty easy and only painful part will be paying for eating out, and the remodel.

Garden center employee on the forklift at 8 am in the morning was just rude didn't want to help

I just purchased a home in Ruskin and I frequent this store all the time as I am trying to make house a home. I often bump into a associate named Regina that's alwY friendly and very helpful. Plus she does everything with a beautiful smile. New to Florida and to this area helps so much when people make u feel at home. This is my go to store. Thank again for the great customer service.

Regina gave us a tremendous store experiance in assisting my family with purchasing a microwave. Her customer service and attention to detail is second to none.

Chris, in lumber, was extremely helpful when it came to all of my needs for building a whelping box! Mike Tayhe (sp?) was so nice to help me with loading the material into my car, in the rain! Excellent customer service! These two went way above and beyond!

The store has more inventory than it can house obviously. The isles are always crammed packed and it is difficult to push a cart through. I end up leaving the bulky stuff on a cart at one end of the store so I can go to the other. I see others doing this as well and it just adds to the congestion.

They take care of me, in this store, lake a King.

The store staff were great! They were very attentive even when I did not ask for assistance. They would happen to see me looking on for a particular item and bring me directly to it. As well as giving additional details of the product if it was in their respective departments. Now that is how a business should work with their customers! I have nothing but props to give. Awesome!

After working all day the last thing I wanted to do was buy a bunch of flooring but it needed to get done. I visited sun city location and from the warm greeting at entrance to check out and every interaction between was so pleasant. The staff was so helpful and professional. I didn't even have to ask , the help was offered from finding the products to getting in my truck. Special thank you to Germaine and India at check out. They were awesome!!

Germaine provided great customer service in helping us resolve a military discount issue at the checkout as did the young gentleman in window blinds. We frequently visit the Sun City Center Store, and this is the first time we can comment on a really good experience due to the two employees we encountered. Thank you!

I have lived in this area for 10 plus years. And every time I go to this Home Depot, I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. It is always a pleasure to shop in this store.

I would really like to shout out to a lady that I spoke to about a week ago while I was waiting for some wood to be loaded up my husband was being helped and I was standing with the young lady I believe her name was Pam possibly Pamela she was stating to me how she enjoys her job she's been there for about 8 years and she is a loyal employee. She even spoke to me a little bit about herself and how hard she works everyday to keep her feet on the ground. She reminded me of my grandmother that is no longer here that has always pushed through whatever life battles bring to her. She also talked to me a little bit about the cancer that she's been going through and she's still working everyday. She made sure she kept me company while I waited and made sure I got the help I needed. I just want this young lady to know that I appreciate her chatting with me. I hope the company can appreciate such a loyal asset to the company. God bless you Pam.

This store serves Ruskin and Sun City Center. I frequent the store almost daily when I have a project at home. Every time I visit the store, customer service is excellent. The site reps are always helpful and give advice when needed. They usually find exactly the product I need and it is a pleasure to go there for my DIY needs.

This store is well maintained and i usually can find whatever i’m looking for. Employees are helpful and once i set my purse down and forgot it and an employee noticed and ran over to me to return it! Thanks goodness for honest folks!!

Today I was lost in the sauce on a mission to get a new toilet and an installation. Customer service worker, Ann, was incredibly helpful, sympathetic, and kind. She got me a cart and a floor worker, Bill, who worked in plumbing. He was equally charming and helpful. They worked together to get me installation information from yet another gentleman in customer service who was also patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Additionally on my way out alone with a toilet, another customer service worker helped me get help loading my car. It was just an overall pleasure .

I LOVE this store! The management must be outstanding because the people who work at The Home Depot in Ruskin radiate a sense of pleasure in their work. If there’s a “sour-puss” on the payroll, I haven’t met him/her. Thank you for hiring such outstanding help—and everyone is an expert in their department (especially Marcy in plumbing!).
