I'm tired of this location being consistently out of stock, disorganized, and without meaningful customer service. No one needs 6 HD associates to help them operate a scanner

Employee helped me select the correct timer switch, tool to check wiring, and helped me understand the wiring installation. Very knowledgeable

I went to get a BBQ. They were already built and everything. My only gripe is that I had to go from one end of the store to the other and then back again to complete my purchase. BBQ's should be purchasable in the customer service area.

If you want the exact right color or paint, especially a matching job, go see Bri in the paint department at this branch. She just saved me at least $100 because her match was so dead on I don't have to repaint the whole room.

We needed screen tabs. I can't remember his name but he went above and beyond to help us find 2.50 product.

when an a category of items is moved to a different location in the store put a sign in the old location telling the new location.

The employe had no idea how to remove the battery form a very common power tool. Also he had no idea on when I would be contacted nor on the total timeline it would take. The total time I was in the store was exorbatant.

bought dishwasher (Robo was really good). Installer said dishwasher could not be installed (don't know his name). called plumber who examined dishwasher -- said it certainly has high loop and machine could have been installed: cost -- $75. Joey adjust for refund and filed papers to re-deliver / install machine (not with same installer).

Alyssa crushed the customer service and helped me get an item by Christmas.

If you need something and can't find it... ask for Nancy, she was quick, she was thorough in assisting us and going above and beyond. That girl looked all over that store to help us with what we needed.
