just spent a grand on shades and the assistant was just not very helpful (or too knowledgeable as it turns out) and saying blinds were Wink compatible and they weren't. Beware of $300 needing to be spent on items that claim they are compatible but it turns out only if you buy the add on equipment. However, HD ordered the item free of charge so super happy about that of course. Well done for super customer service.

I knew the store had what I wanted, just the associates didn't know where. I found it and it was great that a loader was in the parking lot to help load it immediately.

Researching siding was educational and the staff was attentive and supportive of my questions. They worked on the next visit with all the measurements for shingles, lapping planks, and soffits, and paneling to best suit my home. I was extended every benefit that the contractors received and I was made to feel like a very valued customer. The Associates were true professionals from their product knowledge all the way through the entire multi-day shopping process. The company has every right to be proud of it staff.

I looked online before visiting this store, and I was pleased that it carried the exact set I needed to replace my shower head, faucet and valve. A store associate, Benjamin, escorted me to where it was located and took time to ensure all my questions were answered. He also assisted me in locating some licensed, bonded, local plumbers. Bought a 11 ft gutter pipe that could not fit in the car. Rental Tools Dept. staff cut the pipe in half so that It could fit in my car. They made my day by helping me out. Very friendly, business oriented staff in the Rental Tools Dept.
