I always have a great experience when I visit the Topeka Home Depot. They employees are friendly and very helpful.

Sales associate Susan was wonderful! Went above and beyond to help us! Fast and friendly service.

Had to return saw and charger, didn't have a receipt, Dawn helped me out with no problem!

I returned a large bunch of tile, past the 90 day return policy. I had all the receipts, because it was over 90 days they could not refund the card used, but instead of a store gift card they did an override and gave me cash. They didn’t have to do that but I sure do appreciate that they did.

We had to buy lawn items and a new grill within a 3 month period. Every time we went, it was exceptional service and making sure we left satisfied. Having someone help put heavy items in your car was a big plus. Thank you to their employees!!

Asked 2 employees where the closet doors are and was just directed further down the store. Walked all over couldn't find them walked to the front of the store couldn't find any other employees so stood in line to get the cashier to get help. He finally gets someone who walks away from me to put some carts away then walks to the back of the store not saying a word. He walked around the door isles then says he will look on the computer and walks away. I finally find the closet doors and go to get him. We found the size I need on a top shelf and had to explain to him the size I need and point it out to him 3 times. I even asked him to use the lift right next to him to go up and get it. He finally says he will go get someone to use the lift. After waiting 10 minutes I walked to the other side of the store to get the rolling stairs and climb up to find the door I want and the guy gets back with another employee and tells me I need to get down I'm not authorized. It took 45 minutes to get someone to help get these doors and get out on a Wednesday evening when they were not busy at all.

Home depot has good product. I especially like the electric edger I bought. I have two gas edgers and the Rioby out performs them.

Customer service in the garden center this time of year is pathetic.

I had two employees tell me they didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn’t help me. It was annoying. But at checkout Gracyn asked me about my trip and made a joke while helping me scan items I couldn’t. It was a fantastic trip because of her!

Fantastic experience … learned a lot about battery tech for yard tools. Very helpful and actually had people at the register! Nothing worse than self checkout. Also love they support the military with an EVERYDAY discount, not some 11% rebate nonsense!

Sale cashier Adriana is always amazing and kind wether I shop there and check out with her through work purchases or personal purchases

I had specific needs which not being in the trades myself I did not know where to find these things. Mr. Taylor handled this project in a matter of minutes.

I ordered flooring for my living room. the order is not in, but Mike is on top of things and installer has contacted me regarding the job and ready to go.

Exceptional support and service to help me complete a project I started two weeks previously but the necessary item was not available at the time I purchased what I could and returned to purchase the items to complete the job. Sheri, the cashier, assisted by calling the necessary employees to retrieve the items from storage.

I had some trouble there to where i would never go back but the manager Cephas and asst Manager JR went above and beyond to make things right. My next purchase was a washing machine i called and Arielle and Susan had it ready to go and be loaded when we arrived. The two gentleman Erik and Nick were very respectful and helped load it.

I love shopping at this store, always friendly and try to help.

I needed a palet from the top shelf. The lift operator stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me. He had more pallets to put up but sat down the one currently on the forks and assisted me. The cashier seemed happy to be at work with an awesome attitude. You would have thought I was the boss paying them out of my pocket

My husband and I were very impressed with the teamwork of the employees at this store. If one worker didn't know where something was or didn't know the answer to a question we had, a worker nearby knew and was ready to help. John was the name of the person who helped us. He was so friendly and helpful, as well as being knowledgeable about the products.

The check out clerk Takara was rude and horrible. When we went to customer service to fix the mess up Marie was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD ASK FOR

Great service, been doing business there in Topeka for years. Always good experience they want you to leave happy. Very kind!! My Son owns his own stone CO. He always shops here. They all know him by first name. I'm from out of town but I love homedepot.

Went in today in not such a good mood I knew I was gonna spend a lot of money I didn’t want to. Walked in was helped right away the employees was more then helpful went above and beyond. I asked about price matching then they went way above what I was thinking walked out actually saving money in my purchase and even in a better mood will definitely return for all my needs
