Employees are generally very helpful in assisting with location of items

Do not make tool purchases on Sunday if you need assistance. The employees do not wish to be disturbed.

People were pleasant over all. Aubri Davidson attended to us from the selection of our new microwave to the follow-up after the installation. She was very pleasant, informative, and thorough.

I needed some clippers. The associate helped me find them and the checkout was 1-2-3. Definitely will be back next time I need something.

I live out of state now, but was in for a couple of weeks. I needed some things to add an additional faucet in my mom's kitchen. I'll be honest, I've heard some not so great srories about this store. However, after going across the street first and getting NO customer service, I tried it. Best customer service I've received in a long time. Darnell was awesome! He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed! Just wanted to shine a little on him. Positive customer service experiences are not the norm anymore. Hopefully he can help turn it around!

I was very happy to find a wide selection of products and staff to answer my questions that led to my decision on what to buy to best meet my needs. The associates on the floor and at the checkout were very friendly and helpful as well. I had not been in this store for some time but intend to return because I found it a very positive experience.

The employees in this store are consistently helpful and friendly. I always need help finding what I need because I am a new homeowner with a lot to do around the house. They make me feel like they want to help me, as opposed to employees at other stores, which is a sign of great customer service. When I leave this store, I am not angry or stressed out from my experience. The customers in this store also seem extra polite and I really think it's because of the atmosphere the staff has set. Thank you, so much, Trotwood Home Depot. You make the stresses of shopping and dealing with home repairs I don't know much about a much better experience.

Go to this store for the Customer Service. Have also found prices to be lower this year compared to "other" store. Dea, Carol, and Carl made our trip totally worth while. We will be back !!

When it comes to appliances, Aubri knows her stuff. She explained the whole process of the finance as well as the warranty and what to expect upon delivery and install. Kristy shadowed Aubri so she shows she is willing to learn. Both Aubri and Kristy were extremly friendly. I most definitely recommend those two.

We purchased a refrigerator yesterday. Irma Williams was the appliance specialist that assisted us. She was very kind and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time she took to explain the extended warranty to us, and will look for her when we are ready to purchase our new washer and dryer! (We purchased the 5 year warranty!)

Pros: Great selection of lumber; Non pressure treated 4x4’s in stock; prime 2x4’s are virtually blemish free. In the spring and summer the garden center is always over stocked with plants and shrubs, fertilizer, etc. Cons: Wish they would go back to selling MinWax stains and sealers.

It seems that the aisles in this store are getting more and more cluttered making it difficult to navigate

Overall it's a very nice door very friendly people but the 18 by 18 pillow to stick tile we buy a lot of them each year and we got to go an hour north to get to you

I always shop at Home Depot and can always fine what I need.
