We LOVE our purchase and experience over the telephone with Brad. A raise, bonus or both would be a wise decision to retain such an awesome customer service employee.

BOUGHT THE RIDGID SAW I NEEDED, IN STOCK.

I shop at this store for my business multiple times per week. Many of the employees have taken time to get to know me and my shopping habits. The contractor sales team consistently find me the best prices around.

Customer service really needs to improve and the people need to be more helpful instead of just wandering around the store As well as the quality of products must be good and not broken we should not need to go back-and-forth to the store only for what we purchased not to be returning broken items and it does not. It is not good on traveling with the prices of gas nowadays.

With the help of several knowledgeable and eager employees, in a very short time I was able to select the flooring for my new house, the tile for shower floor and shower walls, and start a bid on windows which Justina is working on for me.

I bought several items to build a fence and James was there to help! Then he showed up at checkout to lend a hand. Randy helped us check out and he was super friendly and helpful. James and Randy provided amazing customer service and made us feel like we were extremely valuable customers!

Friendly approachable staff, love the long haired bearded paint guy he knows his stuff! Always willing to talk through things and even give guidance on what the proper rollers, tools, etc to make the job easier but he does it in a chill way not like a salesman trying to up profit way!

No matter what I go to Home Depot for, there is always someone there to help. I have always had good experiences at the Twin Falls store.

Laura Con and Dave N are Amazing! (Hawaiian shirt guy) They helped me load a toilet after I had surgery. They were thoughtful, kind, and hard working. The customer service associate that helped me get their help was amazing too. I did not get her name. She was supervising self check out. Thank you!

We like shopping Home Depot in Twin Falls the employees go above and beyond customer service. They know the store they know where everything's at and it is refreshing

The Twin Falls Home Depot is a great store that really goes above and beyond. I’ve always had a pleasant experience when I go in. Employees are kind and very helpful when I’m looking for something. They have a good selection of high quality items.

Justina is a rockstar! She resolved an issue we had and provided awesome customer service throughout the entire process (a few different occasions to resolution). She was friendly, helpful, and professional. When needed she engaged her manager, Aaron, and between the two we got where we needed to go! Thank you Justina and Aaron!

We just purchased a Refrigerator at the Twin Falls Store. Coming from California... (where customer service is terrible / unfriendly people) it was a welcome relief to work with Randy Glover. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just did a fantastic job helping us with this purchase. So glad we moved here, where people enjoy their jobs and respect others.

I went in for a couple pieces of would to build a dog house and it was very easy process of finding the materials I needed.

It’s very hard to find an employee when you have questions or need help finding something or when you need help taking something off of a tall shelf. Most employees seem uninterested in helping but some are rude. I had a poor interaction with a James that works here. Tall dark hair in his 20s.

Happy with the concrete pavers purchased and the garden center you folks provide.

I had a return, and it went fast and smooth, I was in and out in no time.

Went to purchase cabinets, Nathan was extremely helpful and gave me great advice, even helped load.

Wolfington was willing to help us find the products we needed. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to help us.
