Hugo in tool rental is the most helpful and knowledgeable person in his field that I have ever met.

The employees at this store are very helpful, efficient and go above my expectations for customer service! The store is kept clean, and every time I go to the Van Nuys Home Depot, I have a pleasant experience.

Thanks to Melissa for helping me throughout my entire trip to Home Depot! From tracking down a scanner and price checking items for me to accommodating me when the item I was purchasing was missing parts. Great service!

Store is very busy, but do not let that scare you away. Excellent customer service and stock of items is very good. Never a problem for me at this Home Depot. So many people do not like this store because of its high traffic. I love it they have the good employees and great fulfillment of stock.

I came to this location to purchase a vacuum cleaner. I asked several salesmen on the floor to tell me where it was and each and every one of them sent me on a wild goose chase looking for the item for they clearly had no idea at all which aisle the product was located. Thank god i found it myself. When i got home i decided to put it together. When I opened the box not only were half the items missing i9n the box the vacuum cleaner was pre used the basin full of heavy rocks and mud! I had to make another trip up there to return the item and request a replacement. the cold part is that when I took it back the cashier had a attitude and barely let me explained my story of why I was bringing it back .This is unacceptable! A home depot should inspect items that are returned thoroughly before placing them on the shelf for another customer to purchase. I should have never ever been in this situation in the first place. the quality of the staff is lousy at this location and sadly what I have experienced so is the merchandise!

My Home Depot always has whatever I need to help me in my home repairs. The employees are always courteous, helpful, and very well informed concerning their products.

I WOULD RECOMMEND A CASHIER WITH THE NAME OF YURIDIA. SHE IS EXCELLENT.

This is the Home Depot you shop at as a last resort. Parking is bad. Traffic to and from store is bad. Loitering was bad prior to COVID-19.

I came into look for a specific lock and Tim in hardware went above and beyond to show me all my options. I’m a girl who came in here alone but he was kind and respectful and made me feel like I had my brother there to help me get what I was coming here for. The two managers mike and Armando are funny guys who were extremely respectful and friendly. Come out to this Home Depot if you’re looking for reliable customer service, and ask for 1 of these 3, you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks guys!!!

The manager Armando lacked customer service skills. He spoke to us condescendingly and in a degrading fashion. He refused to listen to us and continued to talk us with angst. Utterly disappointed with the service here. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

Very disappointed in this store training level of employees. We were at the check out being helped and a Upc label was not present on ever built 4 in louvered vent cap cashier and he had an attitude as if it was our fault it did not have one. He was just standing there as of there was nothing to be done. Did not offer to look for the price and didn't know what to do. Then we suggested that we can get the price for him. Very disappointed that this was not part of his training.

Comparatively bigger home depot in the valley area. Specially it gets closed an hour later than other locations and that is super convenient to me.

You cashier Vanessa went above and beyond to help us. We went there to pick up a couple of items we paid for online and while standing in line noticed a stack of toilet paper. We were almost out and when I told Vanessa she immediately told me to take my pick up purchase to my car, come back and she would take care of me and she did. Now that's going above and beyond. Showing that she truly cared means the world to us. We are telling everyone about what a fine person Vanessa is.
