The store has always been a pleasure for shopping. I have lived here for 22 years and Hope Depot is my first "go to" store for house and garden products. This is my first trip for kitchen cabinets and I am extremely pleased with the quality and selection.

Had an incredible experience! Andrea in the gardening section was so kind and helpful! Loved the vegetable selection and appreciate the amazing customer service!

Great caring employees and managers

After having the audacity to tell me they had four cans of paint on hand according to the inventory control system the paint associate sales person said the inventory control is probably off and we don’t probably have the paint !

Employee (Hunter) becomes a know it all when cutting plywood then becomes confrontational when it is time to correct the mistake. When Hunter is shown the mistake he threatens to "call the manager" on you.

For years I would drive past another home improvement store to go to Home Depot because of their customer service. Lately it has been lacking to say the least. An employee working at the “customer service” desk in Sebastian was blatantly rude and annoyed when asked questions. The Vero Beach store has maintained HDs high standard of customer service. Great inventory, great product and warm, courteous and helpful employees. Purchased molding and wood and found them to be in perfect condition - - not so at another home improvement store we visited first where there were a few mars & blemishes.

We shop in this store quite often looking for everything from tools to household items....never had a problem with anything...

HD has Majed El Sayed (Jack) in the cabinet department as an employee. He took time to explain the selection of cabinet products, showed us what it would look like completed and did not pressure us into buying. Which we did.

Majed El Sayed (Jack) our cabinet consultant was outstanding and made our Home Depot experience buying cabinets easy.

The LG electric dryer finally came on sale at a good price! I ordered free home delivery, but installation required the additional purchase of a new 240 volt power cord and semi-rigid duct for $53. The installer did not have the semi-rigid duct, because he said that he was not authorized to install it. I had to settle for a cheap flimsy aluminum duct that was not correctly installed, according to the dryer's manual. It was not trimmed to length, and was coiled up and around the space between the wall and dryer. That impeded the air flow from the dryer to the outside. A phone call to the sales associate only provided me with a $25 credit for the semi-rigid duct. I had to correct the duct problem myself. This IS NOT the professional installation service that I expected.

I was impressed on how helpful and the employees in the Home Depot of Vero Beach, FL are. No matter what department you are shopping in you can find someone to help you.

Vero Beach Home Depot is kept clean and easy to fine what I am looking for. Whenever I need assistance in getting a correct part ,the staff has always been there to help out with my questions .

Home Depot needs to hire employees that know what the department they are working in requires of them This is not the first time I have been totally disappointed with the lack of knowledge of a department employee. And worse yet, they didn't care! If I had not gotten on the store website before going I would have not gotten what I really needed! I had questions about the product and the employee didn't even know they carried it in the size I was looking for! He couldn't answer any question on it. The stocking employee helped better that the department employee!

The cashier who finalized our purchase was very friendly and professional. We received assistance with the products we were needing and it was appreciated. The store was clean too.

The store is always clean and well organized. I was able to purchase what I came for at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful and checkout was fast.

This store has the finest management and service of any HD store I’ve ever visited.

Great Job to all of you. I worked for Home Depot for 4 years part-time and given opp to become full time after retiring. Loved working in hardware and garden and supporting other departments. This store stands out in my mind because all are friendly to help that I have had the pleasure to ask questions. At times depending on some items that are new to me I was considerably helped by associates. Store always seems organized and clean because I am a frequent flyer and always always in this state. Congrats to the store!
