Departments were fine until I went to paint and discovered very rude supervisor, Myra. After that, I'm telling my contractor to go elsewhere for the rest of my house. She ruined all my other encounters with other departments, although they were nice and helpful. She ruined my experience at Home Depot.

employees attitude in the contractor area is below standard. the regular cashier was super nice, the head cashier was super nice please retrain the employees in the contractor desk/area

Amazing service and great prices! As a novice to home improvement, I was able to shop at this Home Depot without an associate speaking down to me or talking above my range of knowledge. The patience my associate had with me was limitless. I will strongly support this store. The item I needed was not in stock and my associate, Mary Schwinden, helped walk me through the website to order what is needed and followed up on a return I needed to make. After shopping at multiple stores, I now know, I should begin my search at Home Depot in Visalia.

My last experience at our local Home Depot was absolutely PERFECT. Bought a relatively expensive (to me as a public servant) Honda lawn mower, was given a huge discount by the manager AFTER I had already decided to purchase it. On top of all of that, the Manager even loaded the mower for me. It was a GREAT experience.

Employees are so busy socializing or listening to earbuds, they can't focus on customers. Plus patio furniture that was supposed to be delivered was 2 days late so we had to go in person to get explanation...found out boxed items weren't available only floor models. No could be bothered to let us know.

The employees in this store are great and very friendly. Curtis the manger is doing a very good job. Myra and Debbie in paint very good at what they do and easy to talk to. The pro desk people Tim Monique Kristen and Charlene are very fun to work with and so a great job with us. Cashier Lupe also very helpful and Juan in flooring and blinds very helpful and easy to talk to. They all are always smiling and fun to be around. Great job!

Store is always clean and organized! They have the best customer service of any store like them in the central valley! If they don't have what you want in stores, don't hesitate to order online for in-store pick-up!

One particular cashier at the returns counter was extremely rude. Instead of stapling the 3 receipts together as is customarily done she dropped the unsorted receipts into my hands. Then as I got about 25 feet away and near the exit, she sarcastically shouted out in apparent reference to the unstapled receipts and in the presence of other customers, "have a nice day" to my embarrassment.

Tool rental employee is a dumb. Would not rent a tool because the name on my ID is not the same on my credit card. Mike is the same as Michael, Miguel is the same as Mike, Michael is the same as Miguel. Its all the same name!

Awesome experience! Knowledgeable employees and helpful. The courteous and freindly atmosphere at this store is outstanding. The only other even close is in Hanford.
