Employees are friendly and helpful, I live on the east side but I like going to the west side store better. I like the west side store layout better

Store is always clean and all empolyees are always asking if they can help you. They are so friendly.

The store was clean and the aisles uncluttered so I could easily get by. Appreciated that I was asked if I needed help by two different employees in different areas of the store. Cashier was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this store as my go to place as I just moved to this area.

For this visit and purchase (Front Storm Door) I was extremely satisfied. The store was very neat and clean. All associates I dealt with were friendly and helpful. There weren't as many people in the store to assist you as some other stores to ask questions, but when you did grab one they gave you their full attention and helped you with whatever you needed or, contacted someone who could help you in the department you needed. They were very focused on your needs and how they could help you but still allowed you to decide on things based on your own tastes. I really do appreciate all of these things because today's customer service is not what it use to be. I am a women and I am not educated in all the needs when remodeling or replacing things in the home as most men so I need all the assistance I can get. I want to say thank you to all the employees I dealt with at Home Depot on Pearl Drive in Evansville Indiana.

Like the store, appreciate the prices. Always have trouble getting help no matter what the department. The small, older woman, at check out on day shift is wonderful! She goes out of her way to be helpful and kind. Sorry,I don't know her name. She deserves an award.

Home Depot is a great place to shop, it always has the things I need, its closer to where I live, its clean and the service is good and people are willing to help you, and they are friendly and prices aren't bad either.

This is a great store to visit. The employees are always will to help and give advice.

If you need help on figuring out what you need to accomplish a project, this is the store that you want to visit. The staff are very knowledgeable, and are always willing to help.

Nobody seemed overly concerned if I received help or not. Even after going to customer service to ask for help I didn't get it. I went back to customer service to report that I didn't get help and am pretty sure the manager overheard me, but no apology or inquiry. I won't go back unless I am desperate.

A number of years ago I came in with an old can of paint to try to match it. Little did I know the lid was not on tightly. While purchasing the new gallon, I mentioned how I had a mess on the floor of the car's back seat. There were different products recommended to clean it up and while explaining the directions, the female clerk said she would help me with the job. So I pulled around to the side of the building as directed and she first of all scraped a moderate to large amount of paint off the floor mat and floor. She and another associate worked diligently to clean it until it was almost spotless. I would have never expected them to take the time and sweat in the hot sun for someone they didn't know. I will never forget them..They were angels sent from heaven I was in tears while thanking them. AWESOME STAFF !!! GOOD STORE TRAINING !!! I am sure they could not do this for everyone, but it restored my faith in human beings that day. A MILLION THANKS TO THOSE TWO ANGELS !!

I find the self checkout very annoying!There is always an associate hanging over my shoulder when I start the checkout.Why cant iJUST TAKE ITEMS TO THEM AND THEY CHECK ME OUT!

I bought a riding lawn mower and store employee Jared helped load it onto my truck practically by himself. That was great for me as I have a lot of back problems. The store was very clean and I find the employees very friendly and helpful.

The Westside Home depot has nice people always ready to help. It's clean well organized and the sales associates are pleasant and have a well knowledge of where the products are located and very helpful and pleasant to deal with
