Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly every time I go to this store. very clean and in this time of COVID-19 pandemic they have sanitized carts inside and all employees wearing face masks which assure that Home Depot cares about the well being of employees and customers

Today I bought my first electric lawnmower, an EGO. The young man who assisted me at Home Depot was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He pulled a boxed mower off the shelf and set it up for me. He checked to be sure all the accessories and manuals were accounted for. Then, he walked with me to the register and waited until I checked out to then accompany me to my car to help me load the new mower into my Subaru Outback. The mower works great. The battery lasts and charges so fast.

I trust and rely on HOME DEPOT to have what I need and help me with questions, installing etc. Thank you for the good service and great employees.

Friendly and knowledgeable!

I am gonna polite here. This store doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating this page made me give the store. Home Depot needs add negative stars. This has to be the worst store in the Salt Lake Valley. I have never seen a lazier bunch of people that have learned to avoid helping customers. The store is fine if you know what you want & where to find it. The cashier in the Lumber Area was friendly & did her job fast.

I go out of my way to shop at this store because I know I can count on the employees there to be friendly and know what they are talking about-if the person I am talking to doesnt know they don't guess they find out. The store is clean well organized and I can always find knowledgable help. The customer service is outstanding at this store.

I love this location! The people that work here are awesome and so helpful. I have been here several times and not had a bad experience ever.

This particular trip, I needed plumbing parts. The young man passing me was attentive and extremely helpful. The woman who assisted me in the self checkout area was very helpful and pleasant. No complaints. This is the 2nd or third time to this location and I've never had an issue here....I think it will become my preferred store... Thank you to all your employees there. They do a great job and it shows!

I was looking for tools but prices got me crazy at all. I certainly recommend to the manager to have scanning barcodes guns for costumers to know exactlys prices so I can know exactly if I would buy more products.

This location's shelves are kept well stocked. There are usually employees available to find if help is needed, and if not available, it is easy to go to Customer Service to ask to have someone meet you in the area where you need help. The employees are polite and helpful and individually well versed in their areas of expertise. Associates including cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Great store with great help. I love their paint center. I generally don't like self checkout but the staff member there was very helpful at helping me manage some cumbersome totes and paint items.

In general this store is a good place to shop, but could use more help in the departments.

I would like see the employee at this location to be more friendly, the walk next to a customer and they avoid any eye contact so they don't have to help you.

very helpful staff, I purchased a ladder in St George for pick up at their store it was so easy. They had it ready for me and no hassle.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. If there is not an associate in the isle where I need help, I can always ask at customer service to have one sent there, and someone is usually there by the time I get back to the isle.

Ive always had good experiences at this store. The employees are all customer focused and quick to help. They almost always have had what i need, and plenty of it.
