I’ve definitely noticed a new and improved staffing situation at the West Lebanon Home Depot! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates and in seemingly abundant numbers! (No more searching for minutes, finding an uninterested employee to begrudgingly help…) Keep up the great job! I’ll be back soon!

I wanted to know the price of the last yard angel high above the shelves. They got a ladder, brought her down then researched the price for me.

i have found the Lebanon Home Depot Pro Desk Staff to be great to work with and very accommodating. It is nice to have a group of people who take an interest in their customers.

This store needs to better educate the workers in each section so they have the knowledge to help the customers.

Dennis of Gardens Depot in Lebanon NH store is my HERO. I’m 83 and was in need of help on a small roofing project and Dennis (my HERO) saved my bacon. Stopped into Home Depot to find a light fixture. While the electrical area, Bob Sinclair asked us if we needed assistance. He was knowledgeable; he listened and took his time with us. He helped us select the product that best met our needs and he walked us to another aisle to get the wire we needed. It was one the best shopping experiences we’ve had! If you go to the W. Felix saw me enter the garden center pushing a flatbed cart & immediately asked me if I needed help loading up some items. He was a huge help & even pushed my cart to to cashier & helped me load up my car as well!! Thanks Felix

Great and Friendly Service.

I have been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks. Each visit was looking for resolution to plumbing issues that I was having. On both occasions I was fortunate enough to be given assistance by Dan in the plumbing department. What’s even better, Dan remembered me. It’s very refreshing to see that even in this big box store there are people paying attention to the customer.

Chris Sartor, an appliance specialist, provided exceptional service is helping us purchase a new refrigerator, cooking range, and dishwasher within our budget. He wad highly knowledgeable, courteous and kind. We recommend him and the Lebanon Home Depot store highly.

I moved to Lebanon NH a year ago and have been to many Home Depot's across this country, I can honestly say this is the best store I have been to. I have had multiple experiences in almost all departments here and every one has been great.

During the recent heat wave I went in to buy some AC units and Geri was so helpful with all my bulky and heavy items at the check out. She helped scan everything in by hand so I didn't have to lift anything and she typed in an unexpected discount code.

Rick was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful as was Jadyn when cashing out my purchases.

Joan helped me and I really appreciate her doing what she could to ensure that I was satisfied. Ken made me two keys, and when I got home and tried them, They Work! I know that it may seem like they did their job, but I can't tell you how many times I am not satisfied, but Home Depot is doing it right. Associates who want to help, and know how to do their job. Kudos!
