had a couple of pricy sheets of plywood cut at this store, simple cuts, all ruined on edges and was cut to the wrong size ( under size).... sad

I love shopping at store #3908. The employees there are very friendly and helpful at finding exactly what I’m looking for.

Broad range of loppers. I got excellent loppers from 1 inch to 18 inches. The prices were reasonable, and they work superbly!

Very helpful. Enjoyed the trip.

This store is full of very loving and happy people. I can see the effort they put into our customers! I even go to watch them catch someone trying to steal and that's what I call loyalty to Home Depot !! I will come again.

The employees were almost non existent. We saw very few employees other than the cashier who was there to do a job, and could care less about greeting customers or asking if we were able to find what we were looking for. I know people are refusing to go to work as they are making more money on unemployment claiming they are afraid of Covid-19. Customer Service was a complete joke.

Abby, with the appliance center, was just the best. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I purchased a water heater and the installation. The purchase was flawless the guys (Gary & Scott) showed up on time and evaluated what needed to be done and explained what needed to be brought up to code. They worked for about 2 hours, cleaned up everything. AWESOME SERVICE!

A great store. Very friendly sales reps. and plenty of employees on the floor if you need help with anything, something other home improvement stores lack.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Rarely is there any item that I need that I can't find here. The personel are always courteous and helpful. Products are generally easy to find, and if you can't find what you need there is always an associate to help.

Customer service was great and the wonderful lady that helped me find what I really needed and took the time and found it for me. She was super great and very helpful, I was very thankful her name was Sheyla.

Emma and Amy are employees of this home Depot and they provide exceptional customer service and make customers feel like they and their needs are important. Each time that I have been at this home Depot I have left a satisfied customer mainly due to these two employees.

Don’t go this store and need help from employees in lumber and expect to get any. They don’t or want show up.

So I was walking out of the store, an employee was like “ hey you can I see your receipt” with a tone that was not professional at all. She talked to me like she was sure I was a thief without checking the fact. I send my receipt in my email and as I was pulling my phone to show proof of purchase, she is insisting to see a paper receipt. After it all got sorted out, I went ahead and had a paper receipt print out and came to show her physical receipt at the contractor curbside pickup where she was working. And I confronted her by telling her that this is not a professional way to ask for a receipt. There is a polite way to do this. She walked away from me as I was talking to her . Never seen this before!!! Employee walk away rom customers ??? Are there any customer service training here ? Beware, make sure you take paper receipt even though you send your receipt to your email. Is it because I am black and was wearing stained contractor clothe?? I guess I will never know.

I had ordered a new fridge for my garage. GE contacted me and said they would substitute a different fridge but could not have it to me until 4/27. I contacted home depot and they canceled my order. I was impressed with how quickly home depot was able to refund my money.

I have shopped here fro many years and have always been satisfied with my products the the services.

When you shop at this store make sure you aks for Abby to help you she is AWESOME !!!!!!

Everytime I go to this location, everyone is so helpful and informative. I drive across town just to go here.

Chery Wulff , Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant, was extremely helpful in helping us get cabinets for our park trailer @ the lake that we are remodeling. We had counter tops made & later discovered we wouldn't be able to use the existing cabinets as we thought. Cheryl showed up premade cabinets, that we did not even know HD carried. She designed them to work with our premade counter tops. She saved us a lot of money by saving our counter tops, not hiring a carpenter, no sanding & painting. She even had them in the color I wanted, Dove Grey. She was very helpful & considerate that we didn't want to spend a fortune on our weekend getaway.

Decent store, when you can find store workers they are helpful. Not always stocked with every item.
