Yes I recommend but it just depends on who you get to help you. Brandon is AWESOME - he knows his stuff, where it's located and if it's in stock. I've had poor experiences at the Return Desk (one cashier gave me a gift card because she didn't have 'no cash in her drawer'...I didn't know that it couldn't be used ONLINE to order - I had to purchase at the store!!). My husband had an associate walk past him after he asked a question. He didn't even turn around as he called out that he 'don't know where the beadboard is'...he worked in lumber. It's difficult to get good workers who are proud of the work they do...then again, HP was there with essential employees working throughout and this government didn't help them out (or us - the contractors and tradesmen) and that can cause resentment. Maybe HD needs to give incentives to their employees or work out some sort of situation so customers can be well informed and come away with a good feeling. Btw, why can't folks get an answer when they call Waldorf Home Depot? You can get the machine response but the phone will ring and ring and no one answers - not lumber, the front desk or even rentals!

My experience was made easy because of the help I received. Dillon is a young guy who is on point with his customer service skills. If you need help Dillon is your GO TO MAN!!! Look for him if you want a pleasant visit from a caring person. Today 6/9/2021 was my first time ever seeing him.

Store was very neat & orderly, friendly service, and cashier “Denise” was AWESOME!!! and very pretty!

Mr. Robert Hern at appliances was the most helpful person I ever encountered in any store

The employees who I have asked for help have been very committed to making sure I find the items that I need and have given me suggestions on how to fix my projects.

Closed the store for a day or two. Train or Retrain everyone. Inject great customer service (i.e. Chick-fil-A). Clean and organize the store. Ensure customers are the number one priority.

Waldorf Home Depot is always a great visit, and people are great to do business with.

Store has merchandise stored all thru out aisles on pallets. There is noone to help, if you need MOD then might as well order a meal and wait... total incompetent management and employees. If everyone is checking out on their own then why is there crap everywhere and noone able to assist with anything? Pathetic

Waldorf Home Depot is a great place to shop, the store is always clean and orderly, personnel are friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staff that will go out of their way to assist you.

Pushed my 5 bag's of soil all the way out to my truck, assisted me in unloading my store cart and then hand loaded the 40 bag's of mulch... Excellent job Josh. I believe this was his name... Zondra, was no joke, training the new employee and hustling that long line... I didn't know that the line could move so fast. All while multitasking the other's in need of a forklift, loaders, etc. Great job, folk's.

management are rude and follow ppl around if u don't wear there masks and be a sheep ppl that have medical reasons or mental health reasons and ptsd have the right to not wear and if so and they stay 6 ft from everyone should be left alone not followed and made to feel like a criminal if u have the right to wear them and force it down other ppl throght then where's the ppls rights to not wear

Helpful staff despite it being very busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Cashier was extremely friendly. Most everything I needed was in stock, however, I did have questions and there wasn’t an associate available in that area at the time. The store was busy and only had one line open and I did not want to use the narrow self checkout due to the numerous items I purchased (long pieces of moulding).

The store was neat and clean. The employees was silent.

Online information on product is accurate (quantity) in-store location and price, correct. Able to purchase item and exit store in 8min.

THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THEY GUIDED ME TO THE PRODUCT THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND ASSISTED ME TO THE CAR WHICH WAS QUITE THOUGHTFUL. AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN.
