Went to Home Depot in person thinking that would be the easiest means to purchase a shed using gift cards and MC gift cards - definitely not the case. Took almost an hour because the computer system didn't seem able to handle it, but Dawn and Dean were amazing, patient, and eventually found a way to get it all in order. Hopefully the shed will arrive tomorrow. Not ideal timewise, but great people made it tolerable!

I've always had a positive experience at this Home Depot location.

Employees are much more friendly and knowledgeable than the other big box store!

I guess the employee who took my order was having a bad day or in a bad mood.

I enjoy going to Home Depot, but this time the person who took my order was acting like I was bothering them. There was no other customers behind me, he was seated in front of a computer, and the look he gave me was not a welcome look, not good.

Your phone app makes it clear and easy to find what I need and which store has it in stock. The locator feature is great. Once I am in the store I can find products faster saving me time and footsteps.

This older woman thought I was gay and made a comment that at her age, she doesn’t agree with it. Devante was extremely helpfulhe had a great attitude and made it really easy to shop at Home Depot in Waterford. He was very nice and assured me in finding anything I needed.

This is a great place to look around and see what's new.... from plants to appliances. I always find what I'm looking for if I have a need for something special.

You definitely should use self check out if you see her.

I went in there to find material for planting a Japanese maple. And I left the store but realized I needed to go back in and I was attended up front and got all the questions answered that I needed.

I would like thank Dawn and her manager Chris for their help with a return we did. Dawn went above and beyond when someone else might have just not wanted to deal with the trouble! I can't not express my appreciation enough!

This store is the best in the New London area. Including Montville and Norwich Connecticut

Devante was very friendly. Without hesitation he was with us all around the store to show us oroducts and best deals.

The cashier was very very rude and just seamed like she did not like her job or to give good customer service all she had to do is be nice and and ask how she could help and not make it seam like she did care about the customer that go to her store

During this visit to Home Depot, there was a paint spill in the self checkout area. This paint spill blocked access to one of the four self checkout lanes, but all four of the self checkout lanes were closed. I asked out of the employees who was cleaning up the paint spill whether I could "sneak into" the self checkout lane behind her, and she snapped back at me "No!". The lines at the 3 opens registers in the Pro/Contractor area backed up down the adjacent aisles while the cleanup of the paint spill was happening.

This is a horrible store compared to other home depot stores in the area. Poorly lit, cluttered, and so much merchandise in the aisles that you can not easily pass other people. I wonder how the fire marshall passes this store on a routine inspection.

Devante did an extremely great job with me today! I was struggling to find a few items and was not sure how to approach a home project. Devante took the time to explain some GREAT ideas to me. I was extremely pleased with his patience and willingness to go out of his area and try to help me. He was really knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help me anywhere in the store!

I always come here first when looking to buy my outdoor and indoor plants. Quality and good pricing! Just bought some beautiful perennials for mother's day gifts!!

We have frequented at least 3-4 Home Depots within driving distance of our home and the Waterford store has the nicest garden center and very helpful employees.

I come here whenever I'm in town for supplies. They always have what I need and the staff is awesome and friendly. 10/10.

Finding what I need at Home Depot is awesome because I hate shopping I'm in and out.
