Wow - three employees all who went out of their way to help us find items, were knowledgeable about the products, and had a pleasant/kind attitude. Also love that the website tells me which isle has the products I want. Great job Wausau Home Depot!

The millwork specialist Pete went above and beyond to answer all our questions and order our special order door.

They had none of the items in stock that we were looking for, all needed to be ordered. Also wanted to use my Home Deepot credit card but it was no longer any good. I have had it since 1999 and had not used it in 1 year.

Pete in the interior door area was super helpful, knowledgeable and very kind.

This store has a wonderful Kitchen & Bath department. Our salesperson, Sarah, was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend their remodeling services.

Began looking for laminate flooring online, discovered lifeproof; visited store to view and was treated with the best care/knowledge via Tim... pretty much made my decision on purchase. Have been back twice since in past week including an online purchase. Frankly I'm impressed with knowledge and willingness to help of employees I've met. BTW online purchase and pickup was great too.

I was welcomed when I entered the store and employees that I came in contact through out the store welcomed me. When I had questions, they had the answers for me. When I needed help in a department, if no one was there at the time, another employee got me the help I needed. Keep up the good work.

The Wausau Home Depot is clean and has some new updates, but the best features of the store are not just the appearances or the price matching. The seasoned and friendly associates will do everything they can to help you find what you need. I trust their recommendations and have referred friends and family to these knowledgeable associates. I love this store!!!

The Wausau store is outstanding in every way! I would like to see more professionals in the PRO Desk area.

I asked for help with several things in several departments. Each time people were helpful and courteous. The most exceptional part was, if they didn't know something, they admitted it and called someone who did, to help. No one acted "put out" or like I was less than intelligent, which has happened before at other stores, even though I usually know what I'm talking about. The manager even came to help with a big project and offered a longer 0% financing option, I didn't know about. I'll be back.

Sonya in the painting section is amazing! She recommended some really great products and was very knowledgeable. Anytime I need paint I will look for her!

Employees are very knowledgeable, if they do not know, they will help you find the answer.

This store has a convenient location to other stores in the area for most other needs like gas / groceries and the like. The employees are always friendly and helpful and know the layout of the store or will get some help from a department for you. The everyday 10% discount for military veterans is a bonus, which is why I shop this store rather than the competition. Loading assistance is always available and parking and pickup areas to park are very adequate. Any homeowner should be able to find what they need at a reasonable price and of high quality.

The store was clean, and products are easy to find, the biggest thing I really don't like at any store is not having people to check you out and I have found this to be the case at this store many times, so I usually go somewhere else.

So Home Depot does cost a little more than its neighbor, but I buy 90%+ of my home improvement stuff here. I have had so many good experiences with the people there, helpful and creative with solutions, and able to see past the DIY'er not using the 'correct' language.

Customer Service could use more employee support

Your associates are always willing to help and very friendly.

Apathetic associates. No real interest in assisting to resolve customer issues. Expect to have to come back multiple times to get your order taken care of. Pretty much everything is special order here - so expect to wait....and wait....and wait...(you get the point). Store is as clean as any other home improvement store - so nothing to write home about.
