This is primarily for the Military members. Home Depot offers a 10% discount to military personnel. We used to just show out ID and get discount and now you have to download the Home Depot app and have employee scan the QR code from your phone. Has never worked for me. I go through the process and upload QR code and it never is able to be scanned at the register. No explanation No help from employees.

The staff and Assistant Manager at the Wendover HD give outstanding customer service. They are friendly and if you have a issue they strive to correct your issue to your satisfaction!

Replaced all kitchen appliances at one stop, look up items online and checked out reviews. Went to store, Cheryl answered all questions and made purchase easy.

I just love this store….It’s close to home, I always find what I need…..and everyone is so polite and helpful.

Cheryl Smith-Johnson was beyond amazing!!! She was very patient and knowledgeable in offering advice on brand quality, comparable products, product functions, pricing and more. Shopping for appliances on a budget is not fun but Cheryl helped to bring a peace of mind for the purchase and delivery arrangement of my refrigerator, washer, dryer, and stove. The staff at the Wendover location are friendly and super-helpful - better in my opinion than at other locations. I think that speaks well for both the management team and the actual employees at this store.

7/9/2021. Paulo assisted me on check out and during a storm another employee directed me to the covered contractors area to place my purchases in my car without being drenched. This is consistent with all my previous experiences at this store. Keep up the good work Wendover Home Depot!

This was actually my 3rd stop in search of painting supplies. Because of a supply shortage, I was getting stressed that I would not be able to find everything I needed. James in the paint department immediately put me at ease and was willing to help me every step of the way. I so appreciated his positive attitude, patience, and understanding of the products. I left feeling confident and in the future I will always go to Home Depot first!

This store is farther from our house from several DIY stores but I know they will almost always have what I need and it's a friendly, clean store too.

The store was neat. The items presented were nice. The female employee I encountered in the garden center was abysmal. I will never, ever interact with her again. She was rude, treated me like crap, and was generally unpleasant. I would walk away from items before I purchased them with her around. If management wants to discuss, feel free to reach out.

This store is generally stocked with whatever I am looking for. The sales associates are also friendly and helpful. Ivan in the rental area is always helpful and friendly. I wish they could do something better with the parking lot. It's very congested and difficult to maneuver due to the area that is blocked off for seasonal products.

I was shopping for a replacement for a failed close pole. An associate (one of many who assisted me in my search) cut my 3/4” x 60” galvanized pipe and it fit perfectly in my closet. I was very pleased.

Cheryl was very friendly towards me and my family. I was looking for a appliance which she was able to assist us. She was very knowledgeable on the product and she also gave us good customer service. I will continue to shop there which I had a wonderful experience.

The store employees are consistently nice, helpful and seem to always go the extra step when helping you. This store feels like a small neighborhood store not a big box store.

Yes I did, but I rarely have a problem finding what I am looking for and if I do, I ask for help and if needed they will check another Home Depot for me. Yes I did, I found what I was looking for because a young man assisted. Store appeared to be clean and everyone is always friendly and helpful

Great store to shop at!!! I forgot to mention though the handicap carts should be moved to the entrance doors. They are all located at the exit doors I suppose because there is not a way to charge them at the entrance. This is a huge inconvenience to handicap folks. Thank you!

The store seemed well stocked. I was not able to purchase my LG refrigerator due to Covid-19 but I understood. I had to order it but they did have a display on the floor. I was very pleased with the service I received from Cheryl. I will be back to purchase other appliances. Great service.

I have always been satisfied with the service I received at this Home Depot. I am amazed that no matter who I ask about where to find a particular item, the worker is very knowledgeable and gives me the answer I was hoping to receive. The service I receive is commendable and shows how well each employee is trained to be a great help to all entering their store. I highly recommend this store's appliance section and in particular, salesperson, Joy D. She is bright, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall joy to be around. What a pleasure shopping is with her, even when you find things you want to purchase are on backorder (due to the pandemic).
