Every time I go to this store they have way too many isles closed due to the fork lift. Today they had it closed for a pallet of trash bags. So I had to drag a cart with 1600lbs of quikcrete 8 isle over to get to the check out. Which is ridiculous. Poor management if i ever did see it. Only thing good at the store was leaving and my cashier Allison.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience here. The lawn and garden department was extremely courteous and helpful and Stacy at checkout went above and beyond. Keep it up!

This store has really improved in customer service as well as cleanliness. It has become a pleasure to shop there again.

This Home Depot is there if you need it. Otherwise I would suggest making the trip to another if you can. Located in an outdated and dilapidated parking lot/shopping center the drive alone beats your car almost to death. Once at the store although the cashiers are usually extremely friendly, the overall isle staff makes it very clear they are annoyed at your presence as a customer and your projects/problems. With the exception of the gentleman in the Plumbing department and a handful of a few others, the overall staff alone ruin any trip to this store.

Liz from the West Broad store couldn’t find the item that I wanted and had seen on the website. She found a similar and made sure the cashier gave me the replacement for the sale price. Great employee. I will be back.

Anyone who has gone shopping for an item and weren't exactly sure what to get should take a visit to Home Depot. I had a project to do and was so uncertain how to get it done, I was frustrated. Fortunately, there are people like Cory at my Home Depot. I never knew him until today. He seen my frustration and simply said, "I can help". In a matter of minutes, I was smiling and, on my way, home with everything I needed. You can't buy that type of help anywhere. Thank you, Home Depot, and thank you Cory!

I bought a Christas tree. The seleection was great and the employees were helpful. Stacy was very friendly

This particular location is one we do not visit often, but needed to this time because it was the only one that had what we needed in stock. But we will not be going back. Some of the employees are just completely unprofessional. One in particular, her name was Leah & she was the cashier that checked us out. She made some comments to my best friends husband that just was not okay. Even after he told her he was married she still continued to try to shoot her shot. She got shot down but the point is that home depot is NOT a place to meet men. I mean I guess it could be, but not married men. It was disrespectful to my best friend. If Leah wants to pick up men at her job she should work at a night club. It was disgusting behavior that I have never seen before. Especially from an employee of a place we were shopping at.

I rented a power washer after seeing the model Mi-T-M shown online. I could use detergent and there was a handy video on how to use it. When I went to HD to pick up the power washer, I was instead given a Karcher model. I asked about the model online and the clerk told me "Yeah, that's definitely different!" She printed me the most basic instructions and sold me detergent to go with it. When I got home I could not figure out where to hook up the detergent so I spent some time Googling the model and looking for better instructions. I finally found a video which told me that you can not use detergent in this model. I took the washer back to HD and asked if they could find another store in my area that has the actual model shown online. The clerk talked to someone and came back and told me the Karcher model was the only model HD rents. As I had set aside the day to power wash my deck, hose and patio furniture, I ended up wasting an entire day.

I bought last time beginning this year a storm door for the backside of my condo and am very pleased with it.

Had to return the trimmer I bought the day before. Didn't have another one in stock. All i asked was for a better price on the next model up. Not a price match just a price break. NO was all that was said from the customer service manager. There is nothing i can do for you. Very frustrating for a customer of the store for more than 20 years.

Stacy approached me immediately once she saw I wasn't sure how to use the self-checkout. She walked me through it and was very patient. She explained things in a very polite and positive manner. She even wrote on my paper gift card how much I had remaining. Such a great person and a big help.

Two employees went above and beyond to assist me. They even loaded my vehicle in the pouring rain. Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Thank you ladies!

Today I shopped for paint and garden stuff. The lady in the paint department was sweet and friendly. The garden center was FILLED with beautiful healthy plants. On this sunny warm day, the staff was helping buyers, watering flowers, and assisting shoppers with big loads. It was a happy place.

Many times I have had plumbing questions, Bill and Jack and John have answers and advice that has been very valuable.

The employees were super helpful loading the mulch I bought!

Today there was 2 workers that delivered my washer and dryer. The names were Brandon and Mike! They were extremely helped and incredibly nice! They helped bring everything inside the house and even helped me bring my new dining table to the dining room! Thank You so so much Brandon and Mike! Give them a raise guys!

All the employees are very professional and kind, very helpful when asked on where to find the products when needed thank you team, will continue to shop here again thank you workers of Home Depot:)

The customer service here is topnotch! Even if the person you are asking help from does not work in the area you need help in, they will make sure that you get the help you need.

I am remodeling my house for last 2 months. I bought a lot of products for remodeling and i am happy with price and products.
