My family and I have use this Home Depot for years for all our home improvement and plus, and we are always very satisfy, we always find what we need, they have many options, and the customer service it is always excellent.

Outstanding!!! If need help look for employee call Aracely Guerrero..... you will find like no other.....

I came into Home Depot at 7:30 in the morning to return some things. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I have a Home Depot card where I use most of the time. From time to time, my son, or my husband may come by with a different card. She was rude from the very start. She had a hard time explaining how to do separate transactions for the items that were on my card and those that weren’t. And then she went on to tell me that I was denied from returning $47 because I didn’t have a receipt for those items. And that it was because I’ve returned too many things without a receipt. That is actually untrue because most of what I buy here I buy on my card. But it was her attitude most of all that really Made my experience with Home Depot awful. To the point that I’d rather go to another store further away from my house. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know that he should really retrain his staff that he has at the return desk or basically change employees. And after waiting for half an hour, he never showed up.

For whatever you need, just go find Melanie! She was so helpful with what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything!

I have been renovating my house for the past 2 months. All my contruction needs were bought at Home Depot. Excellent service all aroung. No complains

The cashier Isabel was very patient and kind and made sure to make my purchase process speedy.

I really liked how Kelly learned my name and used it a couple times while she was assisting me at the check-out and wishing me a good day. Made the experience very personal.

They trying to sell so much stuff have merchandise blocking isle only on person can walk through at a time and carts can’t pass

Great experience at the return encounter with Alexandra… From there we worked with Melissa or Miss Brown in Appliances and with her assistance we bought a new refrigerator… This is not our first time working with her and for sure, she’s the best… Also thanks to Vivian, the store manager for taking great care of us… What’s not to love about Home Depot…

Refreshing to see knowledgeable and helpful employees, Ana Castillo was very helpful with plumbing parts I needed for an emergency repair…

I recently renovated my bathroom, I was able to always find the pieces I needed for our construction company. Is so conveniently located and opened late. Every employee is very friendly and eager to help.

Let me start off with today that it seemed empty and no associated wanted to help. A wonderful gentleman named John went out of his way to assist me and we no longer see men who want to work. Thank you John Supervisor for your effort in giving great customer service. I truly hope Home Depot sees this. He was amazing.

Don’t visit unless you have a lot of time to waste waiting in line to checkout

My wife and I identified a tile we liked, however the code on the tile was not complete. Mr. JC tried to assist even after he had clocked out of his shift! When he could not do so he kindly passed on to Christopher in the kitchen Cabinets area and after researching he was able to find the tile! Above and beyond! Thank you both very much. Alex F.

They have closed the self checkouts according to the cashier but did not increase the amount of cashiers, long wait to check out, go to a different location

This is my favorite Home Depot store. Eventhough it may the biggest one, I have been able (99%) to find whatever I have been looking for. Sometimes is difficult to find someone to assist you, but once you find an employee, they are very courteous.

No greeting, no assistance of any kind and not even a person to make sure you aren't anything that isn't yours

Was having a scanning Issue at the self-checkout area when the assigned cashier Marcus came over and helped me. He was very nice and even gave me some advice for my Halloween decorations! It's associates like him who make shopping trips worthwhile!

I got both my new cabinets and countertops from Home Depot. The service here is always great and since I am renovating my new house I spend a lot of time here. Always greeted with friendly staff members and they are really helpful with even the smallest requests. Keep it up!!

I bought couples of the day and I happy I did and every time I need some products that Home Depot sell I always go to get it there I definitely recommended

I usually hate this home depot because of its parking but it's the closest. Today I went in for light bulbs. Aisle 2 for 22 mins, No one showed up. None of the bulbs matched what I had brought. Called over speaker atleast 3 times. Finally went to customer service & was lucky to have got right to the manager Yoniel. Super nice guy. Immediately walked with me & although he didn't have a clue about location, he stayed the entire time and looked boxed by box to help me find what I needed (numbers didn't match) he was so nice. He also had me see a lady named Patty who had seen me previously walking in circles, who I had asked to call someone before... so she knew I had been wondering around . Anyways, between the both of them , I went from 'this is why I hate this place ' to, 'that wasn't so bad, I'll come back.' Wasted 30 mins but atleast it ended pleasantly.

40V Vac Attack Cordless Leaf Vacuum/Mulcher with 5.0 Ah Battery and Charger. It doesn’t have enough suction. Leaves get backed up . The first one had to be returned because it was delivered with handle and charger broken. I love my ryobi leave blower and I though the leave vacuum was going to be just as good, but I was mistaken.

Self checkout was fast and Easy !

store nasty dirty everywhere all products covered in dust all the wood on shelf were bent or damaged. employees walking around with head phones in ears never once asked if i need help. one employee walked right by me as i was load 4x8 plywood in my cart by my self. only good was the cashier Jenney she was fast and friendly

Jen G. is one of the best employee's Home Depot has. She was kind, friendly, courteous and went out of her way to make me happy after a very disappointing experience with their delivery service which left me hanging with workers sitting on a job site. No empathy whatsoever from these delivery guys who never even showed up and just decided to take it upon themselves to reschedule me for the next day. NOT GOOD OR PROFESSIONAL.

From the time I arrived associated were nice enough to guide me to whom should I contact for help (electrical department) to actually point out to me what I was exactly looking for.
