The first part about their mistakes it’s another long story. But the product quality I’ll explain it. I bought a hose and a nozzle April 21, 2022 had the time of purchase I paid $53.34. I go outside June 17, 2022 to find the hose where I left it wrapped up in the shade had exploded close to the nozzle, obviously being within the 90 days of their return policy I take it back to Home Depot in hopes to get a new hose. I take it up and explain that I would like to exchange it for the exact same item and the lady says no problem let’s processor return. We get that taken care of and I go to get the new hose and nozzle and take it to check out only to be charged $15 more than the original price that I purchased it at. I then had a manager get involved and she was only able to give 10$ off. In my opinion that is bull crap if I bought a hose and a nozzle for $53.34 within the 90 days why not Exchange it without moving numbers.

I moved to Port St Lucie in 2006 and shopped at the St Lucie west location since then. The staff has been consistently professional and I will not shop anywhere else.

My husband and I spent $366 this morning. Came home and realized an item was missing out of the packaging. He goes back to the store to speak to customer service and is accused of stealing and told that cameras would need to be reviewed. Customers should never be treated that way! And yes, I called back to tell them to please review the camera. We never have a reason to steal. Do better Home Depot!

Visited Gardening today. The plants were very healthy, well stocked with a good variety for our location. We also stocked up on mulch from the large selection and some nicely crafted border blocks.

Brought my purchase home and loved it.

Don't bring your dog. You might get the checkout girl I got who started climbing her work station when I went to check out with my very sweet husky, who then berated me with "I don't want to get bit" and "some people are afraid of dogs!" Really? Then don't call me over to your checkout!

I shop there at least once a week for my company products. Store is always well stocked.

Found a stain that matched perfectly

I made two purchases today. One was a tank of propane gas and the other an extension ladder. All employees that I came in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. One employee wasn't sure about the gas and apologized for it but did say who could help.

New to the area, everyone has been very friendly and helpful!

Mitcheline our cashier was phenomenal

Purchased a large tool box and a very helpful Jessica at the special order/ customer service deck helped me . She couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. If you have been to many home improvement stores lately you know that is rare. They either on non existent or don't know their merchandise. This lady was helpful and knowledgeable and if she didn't know she looked it up. Really appreciated all her help

I HAVE BROUGHT MANY ITEMS AND MACHINES. I LIKE HOME DEPOT AND LOVE JUST BROWSING AROUND AS WELL.

I wanted a Ryobi combo kit ( Trimmer & Edger ) they didn't have any so I decided to purchase them seperately and ask for a discount of the difference ( so I wouldn't have to buy, use and return and then purchase the combo once it came in ). The 'in charge' manager said that only the Store Manager could approve that and he doesn't work weekends and that I could come back during the week to speak to him about it. Then during check out a price was wrong compared to the shelf tag and the cashier just adjusted it and I left ... so obviously I was lied to that only a manager can change a price.

I drove a little further out of my way to come to this store because they have the best employees, selection and service! They had a specialist spend over an hour with me placing an order for many items I needed for a complete bathroom remodel. Tammy was outstanding! I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. Rare do you have people that love their job these days, she clearly does! Thank you

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and compared to other Home Depot stores, I think they had sufficient and available employees to help out with any question you may have and although it took a while to locate a product on add on sale I was looking for, after 3 tries with different helpful employees, Audi came to the rescue, she found it in a blink of an eye, she really knew where everything was and was very helpful, all my questions were answered. At the customer service desk, I also had a good experience when leaving a couple of items that I could not take at the moment because of size, they secured them for me until I came back for it.

Trudy went above and beyond and has exceptional customer service skills.

Couldn't get any help in this store. Had to use there app and hope it was the right item.
