Every spring I buy my colorful flowers and ferns at store 8521 because they are so healthy, and they offer such a variety! I love their patio furniture and outdoor rugs too!

I've always received excellent customer support in this White Settlement store and everything is easy to find.

I know that lots of retail spaces are having a difficult time keeping things in stock, but I was really please to find everything I needed in stock today. Thanks for that!

I do love walking in to Home Depot, there’s always some that is willing to help and if there not sure they will get you someone that can.

Even when I am tired ie worn out, the customer service and availability of products in this Home Depot make it a positive experience, and perk up my attitude and my day!

Im Being a customer for more than 10 years at this store, because their team is always friendly and promptly to help. I visit other locations and is not that good experience like in this location.

I have always had great experiences at this location. Rigo helped me out today and went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a large item, breaking it down and putting it in my truck. All with a smile on his face and friendly disposition. We need more employees like him! (:

Do not go to this location if you can help it. Home Depot as whole is a great company with knowledgeable employees that are happy to help you throughout your experience. However, this locations seems to be all about making the most profit regardless of customer satisfaction. I did have good interactions with some employees, but this seems to be the exception and not the rule.

I love this store! We love Don, and have for years. Now we also love Zenicilla.

Employees in lawn and garden and appliances were great. Store was packed but checkout was fast and easy.

From May 28th to the 30th there is a Texas comptroller energy efficiency tax break on certain things like washers, airconditioners, lights, ceiling fans, etc. You dont pay tax on items that qualify. But no one including manager had a clue about this so you will pay more on these items when u dont have to. If u want to take advantage of this tax break go some where else. But the employees are nice. Review guide line answers: Yes found products, got assistance but couldn't help me, store was kinda clean for a construction area, and employees friendly.

This is a great Home Depot! Ask for Don! He will go above and beyond....no matter what you need!

Went in yesterday and it felt like Home Depot from the days of old where associates took the time to help you out and make sure you had exactly what you needed. Glenn actually helped me assemble the tool that I was purchasing and showed me how to use it! Clone him please!!!!

I can't say enough about the white settlement home depot. from the customer service area to the forklift loaders, everyone is very helpful and polite. most of all the Ana @ the pro desk she goes above and beyond trying to get everything I need to run my fencing company more efficiently. Thank you Pro desk.

Great service from Cheyenne in the paint department!!! She made visit enjoyable especially since I was purchasing 12 gallons of paint and several other items for my project.

Larger store and more completely stocked than other local Home Depots. Had confirmed ahead of time that this store had what I needed. Easy to locate appropriate department once inside. Attention was instantaneous and very courteous. Store as clean as one would expect .All personnel were attentive and courteous.

Disgusting experience with the sales staff concerning faux window blinds. Low to no inventory. Blind trimmer was inoperable and no known ECD for implementing repair. spoke to 4 different folks, including a manager - and received 4 different responses. At least they are consistently inconsistent. I went to the Hulen location and received excellent assistance and service.
