Workers were very cordial and helpful. The workers knew the location of products and informative of what the products were for, how good or bad and what were the best products. They really cared about my needs and my budget. Gbu all and stay safe during this hard time and trial we are all experiencing.

Jessica is a COS that answered the phone after i waited on the phone with the credit card dept of Home Depot for a 1/2 hour and Julie said NO she couldn't help me in less than 10 seconds, When i called the store Jessica answered with a friendly hello and I almost could see she was smiling when she answered the phone. she helped me on the spot and sent me an e-mail to confirm her action that she did. Thanks Jessica you are a True COS

Although this is a usually busy store, we were surprised how well the front end customer service handeled our kind of complicated purchase. 'Carol,'.... the customer care clerk did a stellar job of handling our in-store and online purchase [simultaneously] while answering the phone, redirecting calls a.. while competently keeping a sense of professional humor with us. She is an asset to your stores' being competently successful Thank her for a job well done.

I would like to see a cashier at the register and less self service

This store is awesome however, the parking lot could use a serious re-paving.

The store is at a convenient location. It is clean and well stocked. It's a pleasure to go to when buying supplies for a current project; they have what you need - no empty shelves when looking for a critical part!

OMG, while checking out at the customer service desk, me and hubby had such a great time with employee/Carol. She was so jolly and people friendly.
