Most Home Depot Employees know me in lumber, paint & cashiers to.... There always on there game when I show up.... Humor in tow!

What's going on at Home Depot? I've shopped at this store many times in the past and it always felt dirty and the shelves were a disorganized mess. Today, the store was spotlessly clean, the shelves were fully stocked, and everything was neat and organized. Way to go Home Depot!

The most friendliest, professional and courteous employee, especially the store manager and one of the customer service supervisor .

My Godson & Goddaughter and I went to this location to purchase some lumber for shelving. We were greeted and directed to the Lumber section of the store where JOSIAH advised us and cut the lumber for what we needed. At checkout, WALTER was wonderful helping us check out. This is now my favorite Home Depot store. The service is really great!

Looking for flooring and was greeted by Tito and then by George. They were both very helpful and professional in working with us. George was quite knowledgeable and willing to assist even loading product on the pallet for us. The woman (Dot or Flo - sorry can’t remember which name) at checkout was also very kind and helpful. Very refreshing to have this experience in todays market!

Home Depot’s Willow Grove store has the best associates I have ever encountered. They are always very friendly and go above and beyond to help. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience in this store.

I have never been so impressed as I was at this store in Willow Grove. Rah at the customer service desk observed me struggling to load my products and stepped in and helped me with cashier Tricia. These two women even helped me to my car...a true first for me at any home improvement store. Please commend Rah and Tricia for their amazing customer service.

Cashier Flo at Home Depot Willow Grove is amazing. At 10 o’clock in a Wednesday night she was patient ands kind and concerned. I felt like I was her most VIO customer all day.
