being greeted at the door asking if you need help (I use a cane) the entire staff are very welcoming!

I lost my keys inside the store. I went to cust service. The first lady said there were no keys turned in. I searched the store and returned to the customer service desk. Another employee, Mary Ryoul, said, "let's go find them!" She helped me look everywhere, asked every employee we saw, and even checked in the back. I ended up leaving my information with her and when she called I was so excited! She was awesome and friendly. I wish every store had customer service people like her!!

Hugh was great! I came in looking for weed killer, of course not knowing all the different options became a little overwhelming. Hugh took the time to explain to me about the different types of weed killer and what would be best for my yard. He went above and beyond with his help! Thanks Hugh. You rock!!

Shirley took the time to walk me through obtaining my military discount at the self checkout, although it was busy on Sunday morning. She was pleasant and thanked me for my service. She provided a personable customer service experience that I won't forget and she's the sole reason I'll continue to return as a repeat customer.

Been shopping at this store since it opened!! I have bought a storage building, odds and ends and most recent a major appliance! The employees have always been so helpful!

I came in and was greeted promptly by the staff and when I had trouble finding the part I came in for Raul helped me navigate the store where we found it no problem!

I love the store, everyone is so nice to me. All are happy to help and very friendly.

I bought the 6 Ryobi kit that was suppose to have a free tool that goes with it but was not shown in store but was online. And the light skinned older lady help made it possible for me to get that.

This is the BEST Home Depot I have ever been to! This is my go-to store! The people in the Garden Center are Super Great and don't worry about the Girls in the Paint dept., They Really Know what they are doing! The products offered have always been Great and I have yet to have a problem with anything I have bought there!

The *Maytag dishwasher should arrive on Saturday (3 days), so am not able to review the self-installation or function as of yet... Love having the Vissani combo microwave, air fryer, & convection oven to replace our deceased 5 y/o Hamilton Beach microwave, it is more spacious and am able to cook in it as an oven + added bonus of an air fryer as well, bonus points - It is much roomier inside, Love it so far! Also, the *Ryobi blower, battery operated works great and comes with a battery & charger under $100, no more 200 ft of cord to get the job done, and hubby is happy! **Special shout out to Cody in the appliance department for the great assistance with picking out the dishwasher, and to Chip for honoring the Military discount, thanks, guys! Your attention to detail is much appreciated and customer service made this a win in our books. Will update once we get the dishwasher up and running.

We purchased new countertops. The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really like this store!

Miriam, and another Sales Associate (sorry forgot her name - brown, shoulder-length hair/glasses) made my shopping experience so efficient and pleasant by showing me directly where to find each item on my list. I think it is the best experience I have had at a HD, and we are there several times a week.

Lashonda was very friendly and laughed when we joked about being back soon because the worker would probably break it again. She said she would be here and they had more in stock.

With the exception of a few employees that are not the most friendly (like Shonda), most employees at this store are always so nice to me. Earl, Judy, Beth, and Laurie are just some of the many wonderfully employees at this location. They always have great customer service and never fail to help me find what Im looking for.

Store is always clean and organized. Always greeted by smiling faces. If you're unable to find something someone is always willing to help you

Marty was on his way out for the day but still stopped to help me get an item not in stock on the regular shelf but in a case above head. Was super friendly, great customer service!

Chip at the Bethlehem, GA store provided excellent customer service which is so very rare these days. Another employee at the same store was not understanding. Chip then listened and assisted me. This example of customer service should be exemplified by all employees as it goes a long way.

Always able to return products if they are the wrong product, not what I thought it was. I'm always treated with respect when I shop at Home Depot

Talk to the employees, they will save you money!

We went in today looking for lighting fixtures. Jimmy stopped what he was doing to spend at least 10 minutes showing us all the lighting options that could be a fit, and even going so far as to be sure the colors would be compatible.

Always have to tools and product in need and the best customer service.

Everything I get from this Home Depot is always professional grade & has done much for my personal home improvement.

Shopping at the Winder Home Depot is always a pleasure. Store is clean, if I can't find an item, someone is always available to help.
