I have been to numerous Home Depot‘s in this area and this is definitely my favorite store. They always have the stuff I’m looking for in stock and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Tried to get appliance from another store and after rearranging my schedule multiple days over a series of a few weeks and still not getting the appliance, I told them I wanted my money back and went to Home Depot. Extremely helpful in telling me which dishwasher I could get and within a week I had it installed.

Tracy was very friendly and helpful.

I live pretty close to 3 Home Depot’s and I prefer to visit this one the most. They have a good inventory, friendly employees and an easy location to get to.

I have shopped at this Home Depot for around 3 years since we moved to Woodstock, GA. Every experience has been very helpful and a pleasure. The staff is always accessible and willing to help. The one thing that really stands out is that someone will always take me to the aisle and location for what I need to purchase when I need help.

I am thrilled that this is our new local Home Depot store! We just moved in down the street and were looking for a few things that we wanted for our new home. As soon as we entered the store Jack in HVAC was extremely friendly and welcoming. He walked the store and helped us find everything we needed and more! Thank you Jack, we will be back soon!!

I want to first start off by saying that my father retired from Home Depot before passing and I have always been told that Home Depot will do everything they can to help the customer. This is not even close to that experience, as a matter of fact I have never set foot in another like minded business due to the loyalty I was taught as a child. My wife and I went to the Home Depot in Woodstock, GA (Hwy 92) and worked with "Jade" (Fantastic employee) on getting our kitchen renovated. Everything went fine until we attempted to pay Home Depot for those services; I don't even mind paying 100% of the cost upfront to Home Depot (though in life this should never be expected). On the night of 12/16 my wife went to the Home Depot to pay the balance due to get the work started on our kitchen. In doing so the representative informed us that our check is not going through and we should call our bank to try to get an extension on our debit card to pay by card. I called my bank (who does not allow an extension to the amount we needed. I then asked the bank why they would not allow my check to go through that we wrote Home Depot and was informed that my bank never saw a check attempt to be processed against our account. I asked the home Depot representative about this and was informed that Home Depot was not accepting the check after they attempted to process the check. The reason I was given was due to the fact that the check was over $3K. We requested to speak to a manager and got the same answer. We then asked how then do people pay for a full kitchen reno if you do not accept checks; we were responded to with typically people putting it on their credit card. We were also informed that we can pay with a cashiers check. After leaving, frustrated that I am trying to spend over $26K with Home Depot and them not wanting my money my wife and I discussed the issue and decided she would go to the bank first thing in the morning (on Saturday 12/17, where we had to drive to another county to find a bank that was open). My wife got the cashier's check and drove to the Home Depot to once again try to pay for our reno when she was informed they cannot accept the check because it was dated for Monday 12/19. During this process another Home Depot employee told my wife to just write a personal check. My wife informed her of the experience the previous evening and was told that Home Depot accepts personal checks all of the time for even greater amounts. We cannot write a personal check now because the funds are now tied up in a cashiers check, which Home Depot will not accept. Home Depots answer was to cancel the cashiers check and bring in cash. After attempting to do this the funds are tied up with the bank transaction and funds are not available immediately. I am not sure what to do at this point, clearly Home Depot does not want our business or our money, since they are working hard at not accepting it. I am not sure what to do from here other than go to another business to see if someone else wants my money and my business. Home Depot is a business that is in business to make money; I cannot understand why it is so difficult to do business with Home Depot. For the first time ever I am considering taking my business to another provider; which I find extremely frustrating. Its too bad this post forces me to give them 1 star; thats crazy! I am open to discussing this matter if need be and would hope this email finds its way to someone who is interested in Home Depot making money and doing business with its customers.

Everything I looked for was easy to find and in stock.

All the employees are always nice when I ask them where something is and they almost always know where things are. Brittany R is always nice and wants to help!

Price Matching according their policy is seemingly difficult at this location. They either tell you they don’t price match, which isn’t true at all or they are condescending about price matching.

You can tell that all of the employees are trained in customer support. They are always willing to help each customer with a great attitude.

Jose greeted us at the door. Found out about our shopping needs guided us to each product and even helped load our car with our purchases. Very professional and very respectful.

After moving to my new place, this store has become my go-to Home Depot. It is big enough to have almost everything I need. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help me while I am shopping.
