I have doing a renovation project and have gotten most of the project’s supplies from this store! The store is clean the staff is super friendly and willing to help you with your questions and problems you may have! Two thumbs up keep up the outstanding work!!

I use Home Depot almost exclusively for hardware, wood, gardening and most any other project I get involved with. The quantity and quality of Home Depot products seems better than anyone else and the prices are fair. The Depot in very conveniently located and easy to reach. About a year or so ago I was there shopping and I climbed up a shelf to see a product better and ended up falling a cutting my hand rather badly. (11 stitches) It was no body's fault but my own. The employees were very concerned and wanted to help. I insisted on going to the cashier to purchase items I had and they escorted me there. After ringing me up they tried to tell me I didn't owe anything. (The bill was over $90.00) but I insisted on paying. Later that evening someone from Home Depot called me at home to see how I was. Now that is above and beyond customer care.

The product we were looking for was in stock. The problem we had was with a cashier being on her cell phone and not being helpful. She acted like she was being bothered and not friendly at all. Not the was a person in the customer service industry should be acting.

The Sales Associate & Deliver personnel did an outstanding job. Far above our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently shopped at the Home Depot in East York. I needed an object that was on a high shelf and limited availability due to the non-standard sizing. Emerson and Katrina went out of their way to help me. They were courteous, friendly, and not at all inpatient with the extra effort it took to help me.I was greeted in a friendly manner throughout the store and at the checkout line. I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

Arrived found item looking for in short order, browsed and was greeted by the cashier. Quick courteous service along with answer to question regarding battery Recyling nearly answered.

This store has a friendly staff and always helps me finds things when I can't find them myself.

Store is great -we can usually find what we need and if we can't, someone on the floor will help. Customer service is another story. We moved recently and asked that the address be corrected. We aren't sure if that happened because the receipt listed our old address and the delivery address was the new one. Also, the home phone (that did not change) was entered incorrectly and the customer service person apparently didn't know how to fix that. Our delivery never arrived, even though we spent $80+ to receive it the next day. Took 3 days, multiple phone calls, lots of aggravation to be told our card would be credited. We'll see. . . Won't be shopping at this store again unless we can carry out whatever we purchase.

Always our go to home improvement store- the employees are always so nice!

I was a bit frustrated trying to find the right grill for our son. We ended up trying to look at Home Depot. I figured we would just be on our own trying to find the right one. Nope! Rick came up to us and talked us through almost every grill that allowed us to make an educated pick. Wow! That is do rare to see an employee, anywhere, helping anymore. This store is now my favorite Home Depot!!

I was merely here looking for parts for my well and saw the good deal on a log splitter. i have been looking for one for many years. the quality of it is top knotch. 34 ton champion. love it fast and plenty of power to get thew job done. I plan to use this for many years to come.

I was very happy with my visit to this store. The young man that made my keys was named Dunner. He was very quick and efficient and courteous. The cashier was also very efficient and pleasant.

We purchased a patio set from Home Depot and the employee - Jenn from Garden Dept was amazing. She was extremely helpful and very courteous !! It was a great experience !!

long story short. My delivery was mixed up for some reason and I took off work for the delivery. I called and talked to Brian and he went above and beyond and delivered my order. Brian made sure things were right. This is how the customer should be treated and it shows that Brian cares about the customers and his store.

I have made many trips to the Home Depot store in York, PA over the past year since my wife and I moved into a newly built home in York County. In particular, I had begun a project to finish part of my basement, and I am making multiple trips to the York Home Depot purchasing materials, tools and associated supplies for this project. Each trip, the store staff at Customer Service (because I have had to return and/or exchange a few incorrect purchases), in the various departments, particularly lumber and hardware, and at checkout have been incredibly courteous, volunteered their help and expertise, and took extra time to ensure I am finding all the items I am looking for. And, the Customer Service and Checkout staff are super efficient processing my transactions.
