Bought persimmons trees today with employees help William and Lizbeth asking their manager bout me asking discount buying more trees and I was given a discount made my New Year Extremely happy ,drives me to shop to the store more often...

Employee Edward helped me pay part cash and part credit card for an iitem I purchased in the Yuba city store he works at the cash registers he was very nice and helpful. The kicker was he came looking for me in a crowed parking lot and gave me my purse in which I left at the cash register. What a blessing!! 🥰

Rebecca" Becky"at Pro desk was very disrespectful and rude. All I wanted was to pickup some paint and pay it.

Brooke helped us with a front door handle purchase. She was so helpful easing our concerns with our questions. Paige was so helpful at the cashiers checkout. We had forgotten our credit card, and she was so gracious. Very friendly,knowledgeable staff that works there!

I spent my 80th birthday at Home Depot buying supplies to build my two cats a catio. I found everything I needed, including helpful employees to lift heavy items for me The cashier, Deb, that I was lucky enough to get was incredible in my Opinion. I honestly can’t find anything to complain If you can imagine that. Love that store and am going back to enlarge my catio.

Just a Great Store, I'd say in this tri County area.

Bryan, Derek, Darik, Jeron, and Jaime were all helpful and amazing employees on one of our last visits to the Yuba City Home Depot. There were also other friendly employees but I did not get their names.

I bought fencing a couple months ago..I-know nothing about wood or what I needed.. employees were extremely helpful.. items were delivered to my home & were placed neatly and out of way. Fence is up and looks great.

Everyone in this store deserves praise and compliments for dealing with such brazen customers.

I tried to buy some Tools at home depot today. Ask multiple employees for assistance. Said they would call somebody to help me. Waited forty minutes nobody showed up to help. That is not good customer service.

I've been to many Home depot locations in the Bay Area and their service really sucks over there. People here in this Yuba, CA location in general are friendlier and helpful.

About half the time that I use the electric carts to shop, they run out of Power out in the store then I have to try and find a cart to push around. I would suggest that newer carts would last longer, and not have to be plugged in all the time the ones here are pretty old

I have been to other Home Depot stores and the stores are always very dirty and the employees were not friendly.

Jakob Bybee was absolutely amazing. He was willing to walk me through step by step process when it came to buying my dream dishwasher. He helped me go through every dishwasher that was available and helped me find the one I have been looking for. The one I have been looking for is very difficult to find and he was willing to help me until we found the one that worked for me.

I bought a fluorescent light fixture to replace the very old one we had. It was a pleasant experience with helpful advice.

Appliance delivery damaged my washer and have gotten the run around from the store, Sedgwick claims and the delivery company. I even have video and they don't care.

I had to run to HD to buy a tap and dye set and bolts to fix an outdoor patio table. The employee in the tool section (his name was Jim) was great and was able to help me in no time. When I went to the self-checkout, I realized that I had two different sized bolts, so I asked an employee in that department to cancel my transaction as I had to go get the correct bolt. She said no problem and, when I returned, she actually saved the transaction for me so I didn't have to start over. This was the best experience I've had at this HD in a very long time! Thank you!

We asked Hone Depot to load stuff and no one came. Very disappointed. Never will shop this location again
