When I need to repair or update appliance around the house, I can usually find it at my favorite place HOMEDEPOT

Bad news first. Lady with geometrically groomed eyebrows at the Customer Service Desk was of NO help. I informed her that I could not find the Wyze security cameras and the online stock said there were 2. She just looked at me and said "the online stock in not always accurate." She did not offer to look it up or even try to see if the product was even on the shelf. Good News: The employee Anessia that checked me out at the register (after I eventually found the product I was looking for with help from another employee because I chose not to give up on the online stock) was excellent and even helped me to gain my military discount.

Our experience today was so surprising! We were greeted by so many staff and asked if we needed help. They also got help and took care of us. Very impressed. Kudos Home Depot!

A new set that I already starting using had some bad sockets and it was far from a no hassle swap. was first told I needed to bring the whole set in, then was told she would do it this one time.then was told after February I would need a receipt. I f this is true I don't were I will buy tools at any more

While looking for something I couldn't find, I asked for help. They were very willing and eager to help me find what I was looking for. She unlocked the cabinet and even made a suggestion that was more than worth the $20 extra I had to spend. She helped, made a suggestion that prompted me to spend more. I call that a good employee!!!

When using self checkout the young lady was rude didn’t even acknowledge me . She helped me but was too worried about her nails so it took longer . If you are going to workin am environment like Home Depot you don’t need nails that long!!!

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The people at the paint desk were helpful and knew what they were talking about.

Great gardening center this 2021 season. Well stocked with some great perennials. I would love to see more trees. Check out is mostly on your own

Amazing experience at this HD yesterday. Every single employee was cheerful and very helpful. Everyone seemed happy to be at work and went above and beyond from helping with loading lumber to Samantha at checkout. She was very helpful and understanding as I forgot my discount coupon. Great experience with zero negatives!

Tibey addressed that she had not seen me in awhile. Tibey made my day as she is very mine full of who her customers are. she made my work week end with a feel deserved smille to make the rest of my day even better.

This store is the best in Amarillo. Dave, Steve, and Cliff at pro services are always very helpful and very professional. I'd recommend this store to anyone except my competition lol.

Well stocked store, mature employees, ample parking. Professional services meets the needs of local building contractors, all at great prices.

IF YOU ARE NEEDING HELP SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION... REMEMBER IF THE HELPER DOESN'T SEEM INTERESTED JUST MOVE ON AND ASK SOMEONE ELSE. THERE ARE HELPFUL PEOPLE AND THERE ARE PEOPLE EVEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ONLY TOLERATE. LOOK FOR THE GOOD ONES, THEY ARE THERE.

I asked to get a price on a Christmas tree. No one came to help. My husband had to go looking for help on a product he was looking for. The employees did not seem to friendly or even interested in trying to help. I am only 5 foot tall and had to pull this tree off the shelf myself and take it up front. No one offered to help. Need to do extra training on customer service. The customer should not have to go looking for help. I understand if they’re busy, but if they’re just standing around, that’s a different story. Need people who are eager to work and happy to have a job.
