        Allowing the parking lot to become an encampment
        This parking lot has always been a concern with people creeping about. Now HD is starting to allow broken down RVs to “camp” in their lot.

          Went and waited forever as customer service called for someone to help us. 15 minutes later we see a staff member in cabinets (we were in lighting) - she see's us and walks over to see what she can do to help. We tell her we need a light but she would need a lift. No problem - she goes over and a few minutes later shows up with another staff member to assist and lifts up to get us the light fixture we needed. Camelia - you Rock!!!!

            Don't ask for help
            Sorting out a bad delivery (wound up cancelled). The first clerk was nice, actually called back after making inquiries. No resolution, second time I called it was the manager who was unhelpful to the point of rudeness and then criticized the clerk as being out of line by (actually helping a customer) for making calls to GE and returning my calls.

                Horrible customer services!! I’m deeply disappointed in this store and the unacceptable behavior of two of its employees who interacted with my child. It definitely didn’t feel like the manager took the situation seriously. He didn’t ask for my information or offer any follow up call to let me know if the employees were talked to. It’s my son’s and my birthday and we stopped by the store to look at a few things before heading out to celebrate. I made a small purchase in self check out. Then my girls and I stepped outside the loading doors so we could remove our masks and my youngest could eat her snack. My little guy who has made tons of purchases elsewhere stayed behind because he wanted to purchase a bag of chips. He said he was struggling with the payment on the machine and couldn’t figure out how to get it to accept his gift card. He said he tried to get the employee’s attention for help but was ignored. He gave up, put the chips back and headed out to me. The employee’s then yelled at him to stop and loudly accused him of stealing. He turned around and went back showing them he had nothing in his hands. It’s disheartening that both employees in that moment didn’t have enough compassion and respect to just apologize to him for the misunderstanding. Instead they let him walk away crying and feeling humiliated for something he didn’t even do. Obviously these employees wouldn’t know that it’s his birthday, that his father’s been in the hospital all week or that he was just trying to use his gift card but they would know that in their department he was a customer and should have been treated that way. The employees should have an understanding of what’s right and wrong, control over their words and actions and use good judgment when it comes to interacting with minors, especially an 11 year old child. If they felt there was an issue they should have asked to speak to the parent first before confronting the child. If the employees were watching their department so closely then they would have known that mom made a purchase on the same machine and had just stepped out. Employees within any store should be held accountable to treat ALL customers respectfully no matter their age. They should also be able to admit when their wrong and rectify the situation promptly. A simple apology to our son by the two employees involved would have went a long way. We still love Home Depot but this location is definitely no longer our preferred store.

There's a particularly rude lady manager... probably the source of hiring other rude employees. I asked for assistance several times to help find something like a register and three employees didn’t know what I was talking about , they walked away as fast as possible. There is no customer service here. The employees seemed to be utilizing the store to make friends and were spending their time talking to their friends. I asked for their help they said they were busy . I asked if they new the person they were talking to and they said they were friends for years. The cashier was directing people from the wrong direction and using her phone . Break time would be.
