Brenda was very helpful in finding Christmas decorations. She helped we find options in different parts of the store and gave input on styles when I asked! Devon helped me find smart plugs! He even told me how I can set it up to my Alexa! HIGHLY satisfied with both associates and will be back!

Home Depot has the "big box store" inventory with the small town staff helpfulness. The Bowling Green store is my first choice for home repairs and lawn and garden supplies.

Amazing customer service! The staff went above and beyond to help us get the tools we needed at the best prices possible. Everyone was so friendly. We wanted to take advantage of the buy more save more sale on Dewalt tools. We couldn't find what we needed but Samer and Tony came through for us! Samer showed amazing customer service. He searched to find a way to get us the best deal possible.

This Home Depot store is located in a small town and has a small town atmosphere with warm and friendly folks working there. The staff is always willing to answer your questions and help you find things that you can't find yourself. The store is well stocked which means less traveling to competitor stores to find things. During this trying time with the deadly covid 19 virus, Home Depot and their employees appear devoted to proving a safe and healthful environment to shop.

I've only been in this store 5 times in last 10 years. I do most of my shopping in Severier Tennessee. It has the same la-out so I have no trouble finding things.

I had a horrible experience at this store about 2 yrs ago and had not been back until 2 days ago. I'm very glad to say they have clearly changed things for the better! Much better! Every single employee was supremely pleasant and helpful in a very meaningful way! If I get back there and see that this is consistent I'd change my review to 5 stars. The only minor downside was the placement of displays in the middle of the main aisle. They were not centered, so it was a super-tight fit with my cart on one side of that aisle.

I interacted with 4 different employees over the course of my visit, and all went above and beyond to help me with my project.

The employees are great and very respectful, Rosie, Devyn, Roger are just a couple I was helped by. The front manager Kim, shoulder length strawberry blonde hair, is the rudest disrespectful person I ever met there. If she stays there I will take my business to another chain.
